Once you say the words allergy/celiac they alert their managers who come out with a menu of all things that can be made GF. The food comes out on different plates than non-gf foods. Overall, there are options and you feel safe eating there but I feel like the quality of food has gone down! There’s definitely better GF food in Austin tbh.

I love eating at Pf Changs. Their staff is knowledgeable about the gf menu and offer gf soy sauce. The gf food arrives served on plates with the pf chang's logo on it which are reserved for gf food only. Non gf food is served on different plates with no writing. I have ordered dishes that come gf and non gf like the lettuce wraps and the fried rice and you can actually see the difference between the two. The gf lettuce wraps and fried rice appear lighter in color and look freshly made. I eat here often since I live close by and have not been ill as a result.

I have to be honest.... I was skeptical. PF Chang’s has a fair-poor reputation for preparing celiac safe food but my daughter wanted to eat their with me. I usually don’t take risks with restaurants that I don’t think are really safe but I we went ahead for family bonding. I spoke with the staff directly to make sure they understood my issue. I got the shrimp with lobster sauce and Mongolian beef and I didn’t get sick. I think they can work on their safety protocols but I thought I’d let people know about my experience

We stopped by yesterday after I had surgery. I wanted soup, and egg drop soup sounded yummy. We ordered online. Everything gf was in its own section and easy to find. We did curbside pickup. When the girl brought our food she told us it was gf. Everything was also labeled. I didn't get sick which is always a plus!

Waited 15 mins just for a server to even ask us what we’d like. We said water. Didn’t see her for another five. It was 2:00 on a Sunday, place half full. They changed there menu as well so we left.
Ordered on GrubHub and very clearly outlined that everything needed to be extremely gluten free. Even called them to make it double clear. Yet, my delivery arrived with packets of soy sauce and fortune cookies (should have been my first clue) I proceeded to trust the food regardless and woke up the next morning feeling TERRIBLE. I would not trust this location if you have celiac disease. Two thumbs down.

Great gluten free menu with yummy food. I had the gf lettuce wraps and the strawberry shortcake dessert. Yum!
Good was great and so was the service.
Yes
I enjoyed my experience. The food was good. I haven't had any problems. I had the chicken lettuce wraps (I didn't eat too much of the lettuce it is too hard to digest) and egg drop soup. Both were quite good. You do have to request the GF soy sauce if you want it, the stuff on the table is NOT GF (read the fine print on the menu before ordering). The waiter was knowledgeable and took care to bring my food on a separate tray from the rest of my dining party (5 of us).
the staff was awesome, but I git glutened. I ordered off the gluten free menu: chicken lettuce wrap for app and Singapore street noodles. As soon as I left the resteraunt had stomach cramps and green stool today with more cramping. As I write this I am having serious brain fog and fatigue. sucks! I was feeling so good off gluten then bam! eat one meal a pf chang trusting them to be gf when they say they are gf and I am sick. :(
Yes
They have a gluten free menu but cross contamination is rampant I'm sorry to say. I've asked if they would cook my order in a separate pan from the rest but I'm not sure they do or there's just too much mixing in. Sad to say I can't go back there since I get hit with an attack the next day. I love this place but I can't do it.
Yes
Quite a few really tasty options, good variety and two dessert choices. They use special plares so you know your dish is gluten free. But everything on the menu is high-sugar.
Dedicated gluten-free menu, good selection, conscientious staff
The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Contains Gluten, we ordered $75 worth of food, we tested with Nima sensor and it is positive. Unfortunately I don’t get to comment on the taste!!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
