They were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and the food was AMAZING! I ordered to go and my food came out with a gluten free sticker on it and was reassured by the employees that everything was made gluten free without even having to ask! I didn’t have a reaction here either, so i’d definitely recommend!

Ordered the GFO Singapore rice noodles. Made sure the server knew I was celiac. After the dish came out, I requested gf soy sauce and spicy mustard sauce. And I reacted to something, I feel like total sh*t. They comp'e our meal and said they had insurance if I needed it. But, maintained the mustard sauce was GF. Something on that plate triggered a reaction. Will not he going back.

Dedicated GF menu at this location! Even getting served at the bar, the waiter said “I’ll make sure it’s gluten-free for you”. Love love love!

We have been to this location multiple times and have not had any issues, however we just got a NIMA Gluten Sensor and tested our GF items which it detected gluten to be present. We were so disappointed. Hopefully just a one off, but you pay a very high premium for GF items at PF Chang’s.

Ordered off the GF menu and let the waitress know I had an allergy - I think she noted it to the chef. However, they served me fried rice with normal soy sauce even though I specified. Thank goodness I double checked with the server before taking a bite! They fixed the order and it was very tasty.
Delicious! They cook the meal in a separate pan

This was the worst pf Chang's we have ever been to, and apparently we aren't the only ones. I frequently rely on pf Chang's to be celiac friendly when I travel. We walked into this one knowing what we wanted. I was hesitant when they say us at a very dirty sticky table, but I communicated that I had a wheat allergy and celiac and could they please clean it. Food Items came out after an hour and a half nothing like how they are usually cooked, odd ingredients that did not belong with the dish, and extremely salty. We noticed 3 nearby couples who had come in later and been served first already having similar complaints, similarly with gluten free dishes. The waiter admitted that the cook on the gluten free area was brand new, they asked if they could comp us a chocolate dome to share, I said sure. After another 30 minutes or so it came out with our bill, and they quickly disappeared. I checked the Bill and we were charged for the dome as well as everything else. it took about another 20 minutes took flag them downto fix it. Finally after 3 hours and feeling like we wasted the night and we were nearly sick we got out of there. A few days later I was actually telling a nearby friend how good PF Chang's is for gluten free. He said oh? we hate pf Chang's it's always nasty. I said have you only been to the Pleasanton one? He confirmed.

Gluten free food is great! So glad to be Chinese food again

The gf food is usually tasty and I haven't gotten sick. The service can be a bit slow and the hostess team often seems annoyed when interacting with anyone, but the gf food hasn't failed me yet!
I love this place! They actually have a REAL gluten free menu, not just 3 or 4 items! They also have a separate area to cook the GF items! No cross contamination when I done there.

P.F. Chang's is always consistent and a quick option I feel safe with. The Pleasanton location guaranteed me that they automatically prepare GF meals in a separate part of the kitchen with clean pans and everything to ensure there is no cross-contamination. I really appreciate businesses that really understand the importance of reducing cross-contamination when providing GF options, especially at a Chinese restaurant. I always LOVED Chinese food but now it's one of the hardest cuisines to eat because the soy sauce is everywhere. P.F. Chang's is the perfect substitute. Their GF options are just as delicious as the non-GF stuff I used to eat there.

Love this place!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
