My favorite is the street noodles. Perfection.
The food was great and I didn't get sick
I cannot believe this place has received good reviews! My daughter became sick within minutes of eating the food. I will accept partial blame because there were red flags. The manager on duty came to tell me I ordered something that wasn't gluten free according to the chef. When I pointed out to her that it was on the gf menu, she double checked with the chef and they agree he must be mistaken. Nope-not mistaken! It was an absolute nightmare to have my daughter get sick as she was moving into her dorm. Please please do not take your family there if you have celiac's or a high intolerance!
Great food and service. We had the gluten free lettuce wraps, shrimp pad Thai, shrimp in lobster bisque. We will definitely bring the rest of the gf family back here for other occasions.
I love PF CHANGS. Have always enjoyed their lemon chicken. It is the safest for a soy free as well as gluten free choice. Wait staff excellent.
I am greatly impressed. Since going GF and now soy free, I have not been able to enjoy as a in food in a restaurant. Wait staff was very knowledgeable, answered all. my questions, and took very good care of me to make sure had a pleasant and safe dining experience. I had the GF lemon chicken with brow. rice -- delish! Will definitely go back.
These people understand GF. I had a waitress in training that was assigned to my table, but really didn't understand the needs of GF people. The waitress trainer, Emily, heard my order and quickly came over to change out the sauces to ensure there was no cross contamination. It was unique and refreshing to have such great service and attention to detail. Great job Emily!
I have eaten here multiple times whenever we are in salt lake this is where we go. We have had one mishap that was figured out fast and the manager offered to pay for a visit to a doctor if I needed it. They were sincere and very willing to correct the situation. I will continue to eat here every time I'm in salt lake., and recommend it to anyone.
LOVE!!! PF Chang's makes me so happy. No matter the location, I've never had a problem with them. They're food is amazing, their service is wonderful, their choices are plentiful, and their staff is so knowledgeable. The ONLY problem I have with THIS location has nothing to do with gluten - they sprinkle white pepper on their gf fried rice (and maybe their regular fried rice too, I don't know) and I'm allergic to all kinds of pepper. It was a surprise I was none to happy with because that wasn't listed on the menu. However, now that we know it's not a problem to order it without the pepper. As for gf, everything here is amazing. I'd give PF Chang's ten stars if they'd let me!
Great good and gluten free menu. When we dine out, this is a regular spot.
Love the changs spicy chicken, amd many other options. Great food and options so can enjoy with non gf friends.
Awesome care to gf issues.
Wonderful, and their waiters are educated about CD! Also, PF Chang logo plates are used so there is more awareness...one of the few places I can eat without being poisoned.
This place rocks if you like Chinese! They have a large gf menu and even dessert! Make reservations on the weekends. This place really has great gf food.
Plenty of choices and no adverse issues for this celiac.
We have a PF Changs near where we live, and I love eating there. I always eat the chicken fried rice. Their gluten-free selection is great, and everything is always cooked to order. Very yummy food.
Great menu and always helpful!
Called ahead, a separate (but fairly limited) GF menu. They prepare the GF stuff in a separate wok, serve the food on dedicated plates. Won't know until later if I got glutened by I feel fairly good about it.
Let the server know you have Celiac and you will be good to go. Excellent service and we visit as often as we can. As someone diagnosed with Celiac I would highly recommend this restaurant as a safe place to eat that is happy to accomodate the gluten free option. Never been sick by cross contamination when eating here.
Great food but be diligent as not all servers are super attentive about the gluten free stuff. Management is very aware of the importance and they are great.
Im just a limey from blighty who was very grateful to be able to eat at p f changs back in march. Im coeliac. My wife and i were going on a cruise from ft laudedale and stayed at the Hyatt Regency down the road. I did my research, found pf chang and decide we'd eat there when we arrived from the uk. I enjoyed my meal very much, thanks. Unfortunately my wife, who could eat anything as she is not coeliac, couldnt find anything she liiked on the menu. Disaster for me, but well done p f chang and thank you very much.
I feel the staff is very knowledgeable and amazing. The food is flavored great. The portions can be a little bigger for the price. I'm not a big girl but I can finish my meal. My meal was $17. That's with no tax or drink, etc. The food is pricey but I won't get sick. So doing it once in a while is worth it.
Revision: the menu changed and so many options are gone. I'm very sad! 11/16 10/15 So thankful for the gluten free menu here. I love eating out and this is a family favorite. The are so good at making sure the food is served gluten free. They even use specific plates for items that are GF. Lots of items to choose from
Always careful about gf! Good option for celiac!
This particular store didnt give me the confident feeling I get from the one back home. Got the gf beef and broccoli and gf chicken fried rice (kids menu, you get a lot more than adult menu and way cheaper). Didnt get sick, so thats a plus.
The egg drop soup, fried rice, street noodles and dessert are amazing! Never got sick from eating here.
This place was terrible. Not only were the people at the front completely clueless about gluten free and cross contamination, but they brought out one of our gluten free entrees with a gluten filled appetizer item (deep fried, battered string bean) sitting in our gluten free entree. I requested that they be very cautious from the beginning and they were not. We couldn't even get out water refilled.
Nice selection of gluten free items to choose from. Even though we had asked the waiter for the GF menu and my son ordered off it, when we ordered lettuce wraps, he assumed regular and we had to correct the order for GF. Not his fault really since I didn't specify, so be sure you make your order clear. The GF dessert was DELICIOUS!
it was so nice to go out for dinner and have choices on what to order. there were even two desserts to choose from! I can't say my waiter was too interested in waiting on us but he conveyed gluten-free to the kitchen so that's the most important part. the meal was delicious. I can't wait to go back again
I've ate here for years and never got sick. Food is always the gold standard of Asian here. The Changs Chicken and Mongolia Beef are great go to items but honestly everything I've tried there is good. Everyone says I'm picky though so it must be good. I was really excited about the GF lemon sponge cake with whipped cream and fresh berries. It was beyond supurb 2 of the 3 times I had it there. Once it tasted like it sat in fridge too long. I have no problem informing staff if food is poor quality though and of course things get fixed thst way.
I had gone to this location a night they were offering free sushi, so I should have suspected that there was risk of cross contamination, but our waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free menu and was confident that my meal would be completely gluten free. I ordered the GF lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef and got horribly sick that night, probably the worst that I have ever been "glutened." I'm not sure if it was cross contamination or made with the wrong sauces but judging by the other reviews this isn't the first time this has happened. I would be very cautious when ordering from here and the only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because my waiter was very clear he was going to inform the kitchen.
The food was fabulous and they were very careful with our food. It's a bit pricey but they encourage sharing and portions are generous. My husband doesn't need to eat gluten free, but my girls and I have celiac disease. When my husband ordered an item that could be made gluten free, she asked if we wanted to order it gf so we could all share. It was a great idea. We all felt very safe. I wish they were closer I'd eat there frequently.
