I don’t think this location is safe to eat at anymore. The past two times I have not felt great after eating here. They don’t have the gluten-free plates anymore and I don’t think they are taking the same precautions they used to. I always emphasize that I have a gluten allergy, but I’m wondering if cross-contact is the issue. I always get the Chang’s Spicy Chicken which is marked GFO on the menu. I used to love P.F. Chang’s but 2 strikes and you’re out for me.

Good food!! The menu is marked with GFO next to food with a gluten free option (specify that you need them gluten free though). They have gluten free soy sauce upon request. Have NEVER had any issues with sickness.

Similar to the previous reviewers, my Nima has been detecting gluten when I eat here. I used to eat here all the time but noticed it’s hit or miss feeling sick afterwards. Over the summer, I ordered fried rice, Mongolian beef and egg drop soup. I tested each item twice and Mongolian beef came back twice for gluten, unfortunately. I decided to try it again today since I remembered the chicken fried rice came no gluten and I felt fine after eating it. I ordered the gf chicken fried rice again and unfortunately, the Nima found gluten. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who coincidently has celiac and told me that we need to call and place the order directly with the manager to lessen the chance of cross contamination. She also told me that others with a Nima had called to complain and I wasn’t the only one standing up for this issues. Thank you to the other reviewers for using your Nima and taking it up with the restaurant; hopefully some day we will be able to eat there safely again because the menu is amazing!

“Moon” wrote the same poor review for all suburban PF Chang locations. Hard to believe he/she visited all locations on the same day. Discuss with your server/manager before writing this place off.
I was so excited to hear PF Changs has a separate area for preparing GF foods. I ordered the gluten free lettuce wraps, gluten free spicy chicken and gluten free chicken fried rice. I got the order home and everything was labeled gluten free. I used my Nima sensor- lettuce wraps came back good! Woo! Tested the spicy chicken and gluten found. So bummed. The fried rice also came back good. I didn’t eat any of it because it made me nervous since gluten was found in the chicken. Gluten sensitivity and you might be okay but celiacs I would beware!

Just ordered the gf ginger chicken and it came well marked. It was easy to see which foods were safe for me on their online ordering. Thank you!

Ordered all of these item from designated GF menu: egg drop soup, spicy chicken, beef magnolia, and the famous chicken wraps w/ lettuce. ALL came back as GLUTEN found when tested separate in the Nima sensor. I LOVE PF Changs and so I just really really wanted it to be GF! Which is why I tested all items individually. Of course restuarants cannot ensure 100% GF but, please remember, just because you do not get sick - doesn't make it gluten free. :( bummed about this one.

Love the spicy chicken. PF Chang’s is always knowledgeable and courteous. I like that they cook the food in a separate area and that the GF dishes come out on a special plate.

Gluten Free menu. Server was knowledgeable and attentive. Server said that they have a dedicated GF wok and preparation area. My Spicy Chicken Bowl entree was served hot, crispy, and cooked perfectly. Fantastic to be able to enjoy Asian cuisine prepared without modifications and Celiac safe.

The only Chinese food that I can safely eat! I love their gf menu
I eat here weekly. The staff is well educated on gluten free safety and cross contamination. There is a menu from appetizers to dessert for gluten free diners.

I get the ginger chicken and I have never gotten sick from eating it. A bonus is it’s delicious!

Great food and desserts! So I have changed my rating from a 5 to a 1. Order came out wrong. No manager ever came over. I'm so done with eating out!!
I got very sick after eating here.

A favorite restaurant of mine! I always have a wonderful experience. The lettuce wraps are delicious and the flourless chocolate cake... I could easily eat 4 of them!! So good! Can't forget the gf fried rice, it's a large enough side for two people to have left overs, which we always fight over.
they keep adding more gf friendly options that even my non-gf family and friends love!
I went in to this establishment and asked for a gluten free menu. Pointed at what I wanted on the gluten free menu when ordering. About 20 minutes later. When I got my food, It had no sticker on it. I had looked at this site before ordering. I asked another hostess if the meal was gluten free ... Three managers looked at the dish and told the hostess they couldn't tell her if it was or wasn't. Not sure how they don't know how they sell or package the menu items they offer. When it was finally determined it was not gluten free, I waited another 10 minutes for my meal. The food was awesome, but the experience was just uncomfortable.
I love eating here. The food is great and they have many gluten free options. They are also very good about taking GF seriously.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
