Gluten free menu is not free from cross contamination. Although the website said there is a gluten free menu and kitchen, this location is not and am now suffering symptoms.

Chang’s Spicy chicken from the GF menu is delicious, but might be a bit spicy for some. Another reviewer said that they were told that it was not gluten free even though there was a gluten free sticker. I think that was because of a misunderstanding about the term “breaded”. It isn’t breaded, but is coated with rice flour. We almost always get the same thing, but I love their chicken fried entree rice also.

I’m not celiac but highly gluten intolerable. My office ordered lunch from PF Chang’s in Roseville, CA. The last time I ate there the only thing I really felt comfortable getting was their lettuce wrap, which was good. However, now they have a GF menu. I ordered the GF Mongolian Beef Bowl with GF Fried Rice and it was delish! For me it was pretty clean. No digestive issues. Not sure they are Celiac proof but they worked for me!

Be careful ordering from here. I ordered from only the GF menu, however when I got home I noticed that one of the chicken entrees I ordered was breaded (Chang's chicken). So I called the restaurant and the manager verified that none of their GF items are breaded. Somehow a mistake was made and I was given the wrong entree. So even though the container was marked with a orange gluten free sticker the food inside of it was not gluten free.

The new GF menu gives you options and the kitchen staff is super careful. Sauces come out in different color dishes and the food comes out on different plates with PF Changs on the rim of the place. Any questions on the menu and your server will ask and make sure.

I have not gotten sick a this Roseville, CA location. I have tested the food a few times with my Nima and it has tested safe.
Pros: Decent selection of gluten free food.
Cons: Gluten free desert is currently off the menu. It has been on and off the menu.

Yes, celiac friendly. Bonea our waitress-staff very knowledgeable and food is good. I unfortunately, have allergies to wheat, dairy and soy too. I had rice, broccoli and a bowl of egg flower drop soup. Veggies super bland and not done but rice and soup was amazing.

They are very careful and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They have a dedicated area. One of the few ‘fancier’ options in GF dining.

I have heard a lot about people getting glutened at PF Changs, so I try to be very vigilant. I make it very clear to all servers that I have celiac and it is important that they are careful.
I went here with. A party of 7 and they were careful and I didn't get sick. Yay!

Their gluten free menu options are delicious! :)
Great gf menu and food. Great service. You don't feel like your missing out and best part I didn't come home feeling sick or worrying I might have been slightly cross contaminated!

I love P.F. Chang's the service is wonderful. The food is amazing. And I have yet to get sick eating the food (after two years of trying them). So far it is the only place I really trust. I love that they have an allergy free section of the kitchen and the gluten free food is served on special plates. And take out is marked by a gluten free sticker.

What a great experience! This was our first restaurant experience since my son was diagnosed with Celiac. The menu options were excellent, but our waitress, Victoria, was absolutely over-the-top amazing! She totally understood my son's condition, explained everything to us and really went out of her way to make our dining experience wonderful. They have a dedicated section of the kitchen for GF food prep, and they even have GF dessert items and Victoria brought us a couple on the house. I highly recommend this location.

Plenty of GF options to choose from. Son and I were very happy with our choices. Lettuce wraps were fantastic! Everything can out to is on a special plate. My only wish is that they had a non-chocolate gf dessert.

It was good.

Love their gluten free menu. Our favorite us the gf Shaking Beef. I have a wheat intolerance. My hubby has more issues when he eats gluten but here we experienced no problems. The gluten free menu items take longer to make so if you're short on time just order the gluten free lettuce wraps. They come out fast. By far it has more gluten free items to chose from.
We have gone here twice- once with my dad (diagnosed celiac)- they screwed up and he dealt with the consequences for the next 14 days- I called to explain their mistake and ask them to review their GF policies- the General Manager didn't apologize, he just told me that was a risk of their menu. I tried to explain it was a cross contamination type reaction, this was full blown due to eating gluten. No apology... Months and months later, went back (w/o my dad), and ordered just off the GF menu, first brought a regular plate of food, then brought what we were told was gluten free... Well for the next 10 days I was dealing with those consequences. I don't suggest returning! I sure won't. I will say I've been to other pf changs in the Bay Area and had NO reaction!

Staff is kind and well trained about food allergies, very high standards for avoiding cross contamination. Separate area in kitchen and separate plates used for serving. Not to mention the food is excellent. My non GF family cannot tell any difference with the GF menu items we order.

Love everything on the GF menu
Wonderful restaurant for flavorful Gluten Free dishes. Staff is always knowledgeable.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
