Not great. Decent food, but super pricey for what you get. I’ve never gotten sick but I haven’t gone back.

I haven’t had an allergic reaction from PF Chang’s gluten free items but they are just not worth spending money on. My last few experiences with this restaurant have left me with a hungry stomach. My go to comfort food dish is usually the GF Chang’s spicy chicken. When receiving this the last few times it was tasteless, soggy and covered in a weird fatty slime. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe this is the sauce and it’s solidified from sitting around before making it to me. But no, the fatty substance all over the meal has no flavor and leaves me wondering what it is and why this meal has gone down the drain.

Had the GF spicy chicken for takeout. Started to feel a bit weird after beginning to eat but shrugged it off as the price of unhealthy takeout food. It's worth mentioning that my roommate, who doesn't have gluten restrictions wasn't feeling the best about it either. About 10 minutes later it became clear that I had indeed eaten gluten, even though my order was marked as gluten-free. The food made both me and my roommate feel crappy, so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially at the price. For nearly $20 for one fairly large serving I was expecting a bit better quality, not to mention something that digested at a normal rate. Even if you are desperate for some gluten-free Asian food, I would not go here.

The gluten free menu makes it easy to know what’s safe, even if ordering online. If dining in your food comes out in a different colored plate and if take out/delivery they mark it with a gf sticker. They also have gf soy sauce (tamari).

Staff was helpful, went to ask kitchen to double check for any questions I had. Felt safe, food was good. Did not get sick.
This used to be my favorite place. The servers were so knowledgeable, it was one of the only places I felt safe eating. Today there was an egg noodle in my GF Chang’s spicy chicken, and they didn’t seem to understand just how severe that was. They remade the dish but I really didn’t want to eat anymore. I won’t be coming back for a while.
One of my favorite places to eat. Lots of options and very enjoyable. I always have fresh service here. My favorite dishes are the egg drop soup, fried rice, and pad Thai. Just ask for the gf menu.

🙌🏼 AMAZING! My first time here and definitely will be back! The server let me know how serious they take gluten allergies. When they brought us our food they explained how gluten-free is served on special plates. It’s the little things that make the world of a difference when you have celiac!!

Awesome gluten free options
I have eaten at many PF Changs and this one is is great just like the others! They have a good sized gf menu and very knowledgeable staff! I felt very comfortable eating here!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
