Long wait for online ordering, as in I sat and waited forever after ordering online. I clicked car side delivery and didn’t find car side once I got there. There is also 2 address listed for this restaurant. Very frustrating when you are not from the area

I love the gluten free chicken lettuce wraps. I’ve never had an issue here.

I ate here twice during a conference and had no reaction either time. I enjoyed the food.

Eaten here at this location several times and no reaction.
I ordered fried rice from their gluten free menu (which is not extensive, but still has some good options) and it was delicious! I felt great afterwards.
I have eaten here a handful of times. I got sick after one of the times. I ate at a PF Chang's in Franklin, TN and also got sick. I have given up on this restaurant as an alternative when eating out.

I'm a celiac. I eat here often and I haven't noticed a problem. The staff is always very knowledgeable. I never worry about getting the eye roll from staff about my "allergy." I also don't feel like I have to stress the importance of it like crazy. I have always felt like they take me very seriously, and I'm sure that they do since I have never gotten sick from here.
For some reason, this P.F. Chang's is extremely hit and miss. Over the course of the years that I've been here, the food just doesn't seem to come out the same.
Yes, P.F. Chang's is a chain, and as such, you should expect the same quality and taste as if you are eating the same dish in any other P.F. Chang's. For whatever reason one time the food will taste excellent and then the next time the same exact dish will just taste off, the meat isn't cooked right, there isn't enough sauce, etc.
I do appreciate that they label the plates, rounded with a black line and says PF Chang's, and sauces, red, from the regular food. There is a nice GF selection.
The staff is nice and friendly and the service is generally quick. One thing that I would caution is that if there is anything going on downtown or it is a hopping Friday or Saturday night, reservations are a good idea as you might find yourself waiting a while for a table.
One of my favorite places!! They are very careful with cross contamination- they have special plates that are dedicated for gf only - also when we get take out it specifically says gf on the box! We eat here once every couple weeks!!
They have a large variety of GF items to try and the staff seems really knowledgable about GF food prep.
Food is good, service is a bit slow. But they are a great safe alternative.
GF on the regular menu, can't go wrong!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
