We ordered delivery and they put stickers on our meals labeling them gluten free and even included packets of gluten free soy sauce. We got the GF fried rice and GF Singapore street noodles and they were yummy!

They have the items on their menu which can be modified to be gluten free. I usually get the Mongolian Beef and the lettuce wraps. I tell them I have celiac and if they don't know what that is I usually tell them it is a severe allergy to gluten, and tell them a bit about the cross contamination risk. They can make most dishes with a gluten free soy sauce and will remove the ingredients that contain gluten.
I always make sure to ask if it is gluten free when they bring it to me just to make sure it wasn't accidentally overlooked. I've never had a problem here and I have pretty severe reactions which usually land me in the hospital. Highly recommend.

If I could give this PFC negative stars I would! I am celiac and get severe migraines that send me to the hospital if I get “glutened.” Two years ago, I dined at the Augusta PFC and ordered an entree from the gluten-free menu thinking it was safe. Within an hour of eating at Augusta PFC, I became severely ill with the most horrific aneurysm-like migraines that my full strength migraine prescription from the neurologist did not even begin to alleviate. My husband missed three days of work and a business trip. My neurologist had to drive to Augusta to see me at University Hospital on his day off. He ordered a CT scan of my brain and a multitude of blood tests and wanted to admit me to the hospital and to do a spinal tap. I would NOT recommend the Augusta PFC to my worst enemy. The employees there clearly do not give a rat’s *** about not harming customers with celiac. I should have sued them

I have celiac disease, PF Changs has a great GF menu. Ive eaten at the Jacksonville, FL location with no problem. So I ordered GF chicken fried rice to go. It was nice that it came clearly labeled with a large orange GF sticker. Unfortunately it was not GF & i didn't realize it until I'd eaten some of it. This was not cross contamination, the chicken was breaded! Meaning this location is either clueless or careless when it comes to allergies. I'm not sure how they would have handled a complaint, I'm caring for a newborn between running to the bathroom because of this incident & am to tired to deal with it.

Don’t Go to PF Chang’s at the Augusta Mall – You have been warned!!!
On Saturday, August 8th, my wife and I visited PF Chang’s at the Augusta Mall. She is gluten sensitive, so we ordered 2 orders gluten free Chicken Lettuce Wraps, 1 order gluten free Mongolian Beef and I ordered a hot and sour soup (I am not gluten free).
• The soup was not edible. Michaela (our server) returned the soup to the kitchen who acknowledged that it had way too much vinegar and took it off our bill, since I could not eat it.
• The entrees came and were delicious. We felt good finishing our meals and left a 22% tip because Michaela was a good server.
• Within an hour my wife was desperately sick (nausea, heart racing, severe stomach pain and bloating, diarrhea. and a headache) obviously caused by gluten in the gluten free entrees. She had not eaten anything before this meal.
• When we arrived home, I immediately called the store (about 2:30 pm). Rito answered and transferred me to Jasmine (acting store manager).
• Jasmine promised immediately to credit my debit card and to talk to the store manager (Glenn Muller) who was expected in the store within an hour. She could find our receipt and confirmed all entrée items were listed as gluten free.
• I asked about covering the anticipated urgent care visit if required. She said all she could do is file a report, that corporate would be calling me, and mail out some coupons.
August 12th Update (1 week later):
• My debit card has not been credited (broken promise #1)
• We never received the promised corporate call about any report (broken promise #2)
• We never received anything in the mail as I gave my full address with phone and email (broken promise #3).
• My wife is finally feeling better after nursing her symptoms for a week.
Conclusions:
• PF Chang’s does a better job breaking promises than preparing orders.
• We never heard word one (not even an email or phone call) from the store manager: Glenn Muller – obviously caring for customers is not high on his priority list.
• Why would PF Chang corporate not contact us, if these type of customer incidents are communicated? Do they care?
• If they don’t care how they prepare gluten free menu items, how much do they really try with any order?
• Go elsewhere – there are many other places to eat that do a good job and care about customer satisfaction. Thanks for reading.

I had PF CHANGS without any issues in the past, however I was very sick last weekend after having lunch on 13 Jan 23. The waitress didn’t seem like she paid much attention when I asked for gluten free and told her that it is due to celiac. I had spicy Changs chicken and brown rice. I wish the restaurants would take this seriously since it is not just a choice to have Gluten free food.

Another great meal at PF Changs. This was a new location for me but had the same level of care I’ve learned to expect. Ginger chicken and broccoli was really good!

This is one of the few places I eat out. I really like chinese food and this is the only one I trust to handle my allergy order. I have eaten here numerous times as it is located in the town I live in. I have never had any trouble or reactions. I would recommend.

I generally love P.F. Chang’s as a chain but this location just isn’t up to par. I have eaten here a couple times and I have had problems every time. Twice my mom (also celiac) and I had gotten food that is not gluten-free on a gluten-free plate. I recently ordered the gluten-free fried rice and it was completely bland. They also have never gotten our order right even for the gluten eaters in my family. I just can’t risk ever eating here again.

Our waiter was knowledgeable about celiac disease and gave good recommendations. They have a separate menu that is gf. Also, when we asked for a gf menu, the waiter alerted the kitchen to be ready to prepare a gf meal. Good experience!

Not great if you also have soy allergies
My boyfriend, myself, and my older sister's family frequent this PF Chang's often.
They always have a GF dessert available and that chocolate dome is finally back!! 😍😍
The staff are very understanding and knowledgeable when you mention an allergy, although we have had mixups happen:
On one occasion they brought a meal out on their GF plate, but we swore it tasted off.. I stopped eating it, my sister definitely felt the repercussions of that instance.
Because of this I wont mark "Celiac friendly."
Always wonderful!! Lots of choices! You can order without feeling uncomfortable!
My husband & I love to eat here!! They have a nice gluten free menu & I have not gotten sick yet eating at this location. The manager is knowledgeable about gluten intolerance & celiacs disease & personally has checked on us to make sure everything is ok. Gluten free soy sauce & gf pot sticker sauce come in dark red small bowls. If they are in white ones they are not gluten free!! Also the desserts ( there are 2) are awesome!!
Always fresh! Always great!
Always excellent
I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good. Gluten free dishes come out on a different colored plate too.

We came here with a large party and the server did a wonderful job of accommodating and ensuring our meal was correct. We eat at our local one every few months and it was nice to go to this one and have the same experience.

I’ve been to this PF Changs several times and never had a problem. However, my last visit, they gave me the wrong sauce, and checking with the chef, they said it was very likely a wheat-based sauce. They have a system for ensuring the food is on a designated gluten free plate but no such system for sauce. Be careful if ordering here.

Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.
