The waitress was very understanding of celiac and let us know that all GF items are even served on specific plates with PJ Chang’s written on it and red bowls for sauces...so if you order GF and it’s not on one of those identifying plates then it isn’t GF. The portions were filling and a amount of GF choices

This is one of my favorite gf restaurants when we are in LR. I have eaten here many times and only had one bad experience where a server brought me the gluten version of my dish but fortunately realized his error and corrected before I had eaten any. If your server seems clueless about gf ask for a manager. The gf menu is delicious and they have separate dishes and a prep are afor the gf food.

Great stuff! Thank you for providing GF options!

Was definitely surprised, but PF Chang’s is great 100% of the time for celiac!

They usually do a great job but occasionally have employees that have no idea what a gluten allergy is. I always ask for the manager to take my order when I feel unsafe. They have a diverse menu
AMAZING FOOD! Incredible GF lettuce wrap appetizer! EXCELLENT service and understanding of Celiac Disease. All GF items are on a different style dish and a different color. Definitely recommend!!!

My go to place for Chinese food. Good variety of dishes on the gf menu. Love the egg drop soup & Pad Thai. Gf dishes are clearly marked & come out on special plates.
Food is good but maybe cook was not careful because I became sick even a crumb anywhere is dangerous they need to understand that and I don't think they are trained enough in most places now they have gotten rid of gluten free desserts
I’ve eaten there multiple times and never been sick.

For the first time ever I do believe we got glutened at Chang's. Either that or worse. My husband isn't gluten free but he orders it with me anyway and we both felt sick after eating here with stomach cramps and the rest of it. Maybe it's cuz we went between lunch and dinner when it was super slow but the waitress pretty much forgot we were there, offered no gluten free soy sauce or any of that. Zero attention to our table most of the time we were there despite being one of three tables in the whole place. Chang's in other cities have all been way better than this, just all around disappointing but the food tasted ok.

The attention to detail was like none other.

I love their lemon chicken! Never have gotten sick from eating here! I love that they have gluten free soy sauce too!

Eat here at least once every two weeks since daughter was diagnosed Celiac 2 years ago. Never had any problems with take out or eat in. Love that GF is served on different plate. If you are new to GF after being diagnosed this is a safe bet....without any anxiety!
If I could give 10 stars I would. They have an extensive menu and their staff is always informed. A manager almost always comes by my table to check on me. They serve their GF meals on special dishes so you know they're GF. I feel 100% safe eating here.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
