I’ve eaten here several times with no reaction, but I used my Nima to test - egg drop soup - spicy chicken - Mongolian beef - chicken lettuce wraps + sauce - sides of friend rice and it came back with “gluten found”. I let the manager know and the support was 5/5 stars, great customer service, but not safe for celiac.
The manager mentioned a potential move toward a “gluten sensitive” menu soon and celiacs should be aware of this upcoming change.

I absolutely love this place, but tamari sauce does contain small amounts of gluten, and at 20 ppm it can still be legally labeled as gluten-free. Unfortunately, I have celiac so those dishes that contain it make me react in unfortunate ways. Ex: the sauce on the chicken lettuce cups appetizer and the sauce on the beef with broccoli. However, the egg drop soup and Chang’s Spicy Chicken never make me sick. Too bad they discontinued their gf chocolate cake dessert and the other gf mousse that came in a shot glass. If you are not sensitive to tamari, you can enjoy a safe and delicious feast here. ❤
They have a decent and yummy GF menu, and even included GF organic tamari soy sauce with my order.

Never a problem here. Wish the would put lemon scallops back on the menu.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
