Had great hopes this would be a go-to place for us, unfortunately, spent the next two days helping my child get through vomiting and a thorough gluten-ing. Staff presented well on understanding what celiac is and assured us that with the different plating, we would be safe. Family ordered strictly off the gluten free menu, however, assuming the kitchen didn't do their due diligence in preparing the food. Haven't had my child glutened in over a year, so this was very unfortunate.

They have a GF menu, and items marked as GF, but still limited in choices compared to their full menu. At least they have one! Staff made sure everything I ordered was GF. Even table runner who brought food knew it was gluten free. I ate it for leftovers as well. No issues.

I have celiac and took a chance after a friend told me they didn’t get sick. I’ve ordered from them 3 times delivery via doordash, haven’t gotten sick each time. Each GF item is stickered, and they send along packets of gf soy sauce (Tamari). Maybe I got lucky since by the looks of the other reviews here some haven’t been as lucky? But after 3 times I feel like I can trust them. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant itself, only delivery.

We have eaten at PF Chang’s and ordered from the GF menu in other countries and been fine. This one not safe at all, tried to eat at this one twice now, ordered from the GF menu made sure to let them know I have celiac, got sick both times. Such a disappointment I love PF Chang!

Food is still good and prepared with care but they got rid of the gf deserts and staff is dumb enough to ask if I want desert after ordering gf knowing they don't have anything for me. Good thing Cold Stone and Nothing Bundt Cake are right across the parking lot.
Gluten free menu, GF entree brought on separate color plate. Mongolian Beef was delicious!

For GF they charge more and it can get pricey.
for a GF option PF Changs is always a good option including for take-out
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
