This is the only Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. They are so knowledgeable of gluten free foods, and even plate allergy foods on different plates to insure they don’t get mixed up. I usually get the Chang’s spicy chicken! It’s delicious and has a nice, crispy like outside layer to it, which is rare in the gluten free world. Never gotten sick!!

Ate there this evening and my symptoms have started. It's going to be a miserable night. Two stars because the food and service were both good. BUT the waitress grabbed my husband's plate of food with her thumb in the bowl and then grabbed my plate with her thumb in it. I knew that I was probably going to be in trouble. The staff needs training. I specifically said gluten free chicken lettuce wraps. Unfortunately she didn't bother to ask if it was an allergy or a dietary preference. My fault, I guess. Another restaurant off the list.

The staff was very kind a different server brought out our food and I’m 100% must have grabbed the wrong plate. I’m so sick currently!

Update we tried it again tonight about a month or so later just to try it out. I’m so sick again, this P.F. Chang’s location is not safe!!

LOVE it. Eat here regularly and have never gotten sick. I love the Chang's Spicy Chicken, and it all comes out on special gluten free plates. Delicious way to get Asian fusion food safe for Celiacs.

Eaten here on a number of occasions. They understand the importance of cross contamination etc. for Celiac's. Great food and never had any reaction.

I eat here often -- always been a great experience! Take out is great too - all foods are clearly marked and the servers are very careful! You get a special plate that denotes gfree, and your own gfree soy sauce too. Many traditional Chinese food options on the menu as well as some new favorites!!

Right when I walked in the door, there were all smiles. I am celiac and there were good gluten free choices. I enjoyed every second. My waitress was also VERY friendly. I would suggest this place to one of my friends.

I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Their gluten free items are served on different plates than their regular items, which makes it easier to know that the chefs got the info on being gluten free. Delicious food and a large gluten free menu to choose from.

Default date restaurant because it's always safe and always a good deal if you get the two 3-course meal for $50. I, too, appreciate the special logo plates, which is comforting. We did have one waiter (who was new) try to dump the GF leftovers in with my spouse's leftovers. We caught him in time.

They use different plates so you know it's gf. Fabulous selection of food. Gf menu is very comparable to the 'regular' menu.

I love p f Changs but this location was very careless about food allergies. I have been to this location three times and all three times I have left sick and unhappy. I recommend the Durham location if you have allergies on top of celiac

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.

Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity

But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
