Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Just a heads up this location is closing July 2019
The place has a especial menu gluten-free and the staff are careful when you ask food from that menu. On the menu has an information saying that they don't have a separated kitchen, but they use separated plates to prepare the gluten-free food. And it is delicious.

I ordered the gluten free chicken lettuce wraps and they brought out the normal version. I had 2 before they realised and then they came over very casually saying 'Yeah these aren't gluten free, they brought the wrong ones out'. They then took another 20 mins bringing out the gluten free version which were tasty but by the time the main came out I had the bloating and feeling sick from the normal gluten chicken wraps so I couldn't actually eat my main. I had it to take away and had it for breakfast, it was tasty but I was wary of having it because of the mistake from before. I was really unwell in the night and morning and as I'm travelling here it cut one of my days travelling by half because of how it made me feel.
Staff understood regarding allergies and tailored the menu to my needs. Food was very good. Would definitely return to this location.

Staff was very helpful to make sure everything was gluten free (beverages and food). The manager went above and beyond to make sure. Would go back again!

They know my name here and they know what i regularly order. Wow. great spot, very tasty. can split meals on the cheap too.
The food was good. The service- especially the hostess who went to far as to help my elderly dad tie his shoe- was excellent.

There aren't many options for gluten free dairy free- but the fact that they print out a list of the items that I can eat bets any other main stream restaurant for ease of ordering and feeling safe about what I'm eating. Plus their GF better lemon chicken is SO GOOD. It's satisfying like the takeout I used to get as a treat back in my gluten-eating days. Egg drop soup was good, too. Auntie changs frappe was really good to- just got w/o whipped cream. Also good customer service.
I travel a lot for work and have come to regard PF Chang's as a trusted go-to restaurant when I find myself looking for a safe meal in an unfamiliar city. I've been to the Baltimore one several times now, as well as a few other locations, and have never had bad experience at any of them. Although I wouldn't call the food exceptional, the peace of mind of being able to order something without having to explain your allergy to a clueless waiter and hope for the best is reason enough to keep me coming back. The Dali Chicken and the flourless chocolate dome cake are among the standouts from the GF menu.

I really wish there were more gluten free Chinese food options out there. I'm glad there is P.F. Chang's so I can get yummy food when I'm too lazy to make my own.
It's a bit pricy but I've always been happy with the food and service. Lots of yummy gf options.
P.F. Chang's has excellent service for the gluten-free community. Every visit has been a positive one for me. The staff is knowledgeable and the food is fabulous! The allergy free food comes out on special P.F. Chang Plates. :)
The upside down cake t amazing but there are no good vegetarian options
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
