P.F. Chang's has excellent service for the gluten-free community. Every visit has been a positive one for me. The staff is knowledgeable and the food is fabulous! The allergy free food comes out on special P.F. Chang Plates. :)

They have, thusfar, the biggest gf selection I have encountered in Wichita. Sure, they are a bit on the pricey side (about $50 after tip for two entrees and dessert), but the portions if you order noodles or fried rice are generous and will last two meals for my average appetite, so it felt like a reasinable value. They accidentally brought out the wrong order at first, so I got to try the lettuce wraps for free and quickly got my correct plate as well. The wraps are ok. My Singapore Street Noodles GF style were amazing. The service was perfect. The pretentious atmosphere was the only downside in my opinion. I felt confident in their knowledge of gluten free preparation. Will definitely have to splurge on a return trip again sometime.

I had my first gluten free meal out here and was really disappointed. It was my first time explaining to a waitress that I was gf. She reassured me that it would all be gf. Well as great as it tasted, I was so sick later. Either it was not a gf meal or there was cross contamination. Afraid to go back :(

An unfortunate experience. I am new to the gluten-free lifestyle - so I am hoping this isn't the norm. Ordered off the gluten-free menu, and stressed that this was medical, not a dietary choice. Waitress immediately mixed the "sauce" with the gluten based pot sticker sauce. When I asked for gluten free, she responded "No problem" but when she came back to remix, she used the same spoon and dipped back in the mustard and chili. So now it was all contaminated! When my meal came, I asked for gluten-free soy sauce. While waiting, I realized I had gotten the wrong order (chicken instead of shrimp) - which made me worry about how much she was really paying attention. When my waitress returned, she asked what was wrong - and I had them take back my order. In the mean time, my "gf" soy sauce was delivered, but then not 3 minutes later, the other person came back and said she "was sorry and brought the wrong sauce - good thing I didn't use it, haha." So potential gluten #2 - had I had my food, it would have gotten me. There were other service issues - not having to do with gluten as well. After I paid and headed towards the front, I ran into the manager, and helped her understand that at very least she had a training issue, and at most, she had an attitude problem with her staff on gluten sensitivities. She said she would remedy it, and offered a free appetizer and $10 my next visit. Which is fine, except that now I am more leary. Being in my first week, I won't be able to tell if the kitchen, at least, handled everything correctly, but eater-be-ware.

Visiting Monterey CA we went to the local PF Chang's. Just being diagnosed with celiac disease I checked an app a friend suggest, Find Me Gluten Free. It listed my favorite dishes as gluten free. My husband and I ordered them and at the same time mentioned that I was gluten free. Craig, our waiter, gave us a lesson I didn't know. It's just not what the site says, it's a totally different menu. You need to tell the server you are gluten free. It was the best PF Chang's I ever had. They have a great gluten free menu!! If you are ever in Monterey, visit PF Chang's and ask for Craig!!

I wasn't sick enough for it to be the sauce- I'm thinking they made the noodles in boiling water that was used for other non-gf things. Celiac friends- eat at your own risk. I have been gluten-free for about three years. Not out of fashion, but by medical condition. PF Changs is AWESOME in their offerings for gluten free dishes. They are careful with cross contaminatin, will use GF soy sauce, and advise you of any and all menu selections to eat or stay away from. They train the staff well, and I have never been "gluten contaminated" at any PF Changs. I wish I could say that for other restaurants offering GF but not following safe food protocols. Thanks PF for the GF... you're amazing.

I love their muddled drink (strawberry lime something- nonalcoholic) and anothet smoothie-type drink, too. Awesome. Many gf options. i usually get the spicy beef dish w brown rice. We have been disappointed at the veggie sides at times- over-seasoned and crunchy. The service is usually good, but they often fail to bring out my bf's egg rolls before the meal and its annoying. Long waits at times. We often eat at the bar to watch sports.

I do have to say that if you only have a gluten free diet there menu is okay... But if you are also dairy free it becomes very complicated and you are left with an extremely limited menu. The ONLY problem I have with THIS location has nothing to do with gluten - they sprinkle white pepper on their gf fried rice (and maybe their regular fried rice too, I don't know) and I'm allergic to all kinds of pepper. It was a surprise I was none to happy with because that wasn't listed on the menu. However, now that we know it's not a problem to order it without the pepper. As for gf, everything here is amazing. I'd give PF Chang's ten stars if they'd let me!

The manager brought out the GF food separately and they use different plates so they stand out more. The only issue was that they brought out fortune cookies that were not GF (instead of not bringing them out at all) so my daughter was sad when she found out she couldn't eat them. 12/24/12 update - Got takeout for the 1st time (order placed online). The GF dishes have a big Gluten Free sticker on them to make it easy to identify. Extra soy sauce packets are Organic & Gluten Free. Note: Lunch dishes included soup when placing order but there was no soup in the bag.

There were no eggs rolls on the gf menu as previously stated here. Food was overpriced and over salted. By far the worst food of any we ate in Vegas.

It's kinda hit or miss... I never had any gluten in food, but I've had other allergens (egg), and the food is never particularly good. The last time I ate there, my whole family was sick. They're not celiacs, so I think it may have been food poisoning. Haven't been back. :(

Huge menu with many different GF options. They use white plates with black writing to keep gf and regular foods seperate. They also offer a few great desserts. One note, make sure to communicate allergies to your server, and question if it is wrong. On several occasions I have had to send food back because it wasn't made gf. Otherwise a great place to eat!

I was poisoned at the Fresno PF Changs. I spent 5 days being violently sick after eating there. My husband shared some of my meal and since he does not have celiac he was fine. That was how I was sure it was a gf reaction. I ordered gf. Asked if it was gf on delivery and it was on their special gf plate. I have never been so horribly sick for so long from gluten. Do not trust this Pf Chang. !!!!

I love the Pf Chang at the gulf coast mall in Ft Myers FL. I have been there over 5 times and each meal was wonderful. My favorite is the spicy chicken which is like General Tso chicken. I have never gotten sick at this location. Beware of the naples Fl and Fresno Ca. I had minor reactions from the Naples location twice do I will never go back. I WAS VIOLENTLY SICK FOR 5 DAYS AFTER EATING AT THE FRESNO CA LOCATION!!!!!!

By far the MOST accomodating restaurant I've been to. 1. They have GF menu with various options. 2. If two people at the same table orders the same dish (GF and non-GF), they have plates especially designated for GF food so there's no mix-up from the kitchen to your table. GF plates has a black lined circle around the plate with "PF Chang" imprint on it. All other plates are bland white. 3. Best of all, they even offer GF dessert! A rich chocolate dome flourless cake. Make room for it!! 4. They have GF stickers that they put on take out containers for GF food that you take home. At most restaurants they offer GF dishes but when it's dessert time, they tell you "Sorry we dont have anything for you". Usually not a problem for me, but tell that to a kid (my son) is a different story.

P. F. Changs uses separate color-coded dishes so you know your food is safe and handled well. They use individual packets of soy sauce so you know it's gf too. I love the Singapore street noodles. My husband always gets Changs Spicy Chicken (made mild). Try calling in your order ahead and then taking home to eat. There's usually a long wait otherwise.

I went in to this establishment and asked for a gluten free menu. Pointed at what I wanted on the gluten free menu when ordering. About 20 minutes later. When I got my food, It had no sticker on it. I had looked at this site before ordering. I asked another hostess if the meal was gluten free ... Three managers looked at the dish and told the hostess they couldn't tell her if it was or wasn't. Not sure how they don't know how they sell or package the menu items they offer. When it was finally determined it was not gluten free, I waited another 10 minutes for my meal. The food was awesome, but the experience was just uncomfortable.

The wait staff is friendly, attractive, and personable. The chef needs to visit NYC Chinatown to learn how Chinese cooking can be light, tasty and flavorful. This location of Chang's in north Miami seems to feature cooking that suits a heavier (Latin?) style of cooking that is neither nouvelle nor traditional chinese. The double fried noodles were soggy, overly sweet and goohey. The Shanghai street noodles were overly soysauce salty without taste. The happy hour dim sum were better though a bit old. The featured cocktails were all sweet. None of the teas were really tea but flavored drinks without character. But the place is big, attractive and the patio enjoyable if you arrive around 3PM before it becomes crowded with smokers.

I love PF Chang's. They go out of their way to make sure that the person who orders gluten free does not feel left out, down to the soy sauce and trio. Even has dessert. This is the only "chinese" restaurant I feel comfortable eating at, knowing that I will not get a reaction later. They have gluten free options starting from soup to dessert.

Some of the signature dishes are gluten free. I especially love the gluten free lettuce wraps. Just make sure you ask for the gluten free menu and that there is a black ring around your plate. That's how you know if your dish is gluten free or not.

Fabulous attention at this location! And we even sat at the bar and ate because it was so busy and a long wait for a normal table. Bartender was fabulous and knowledgeable and brought separate sauces that are GF without me even asking! Then chatted with me about it even though she was really busy. Food was delicious. She brought the customary fortune cookies and said she knew I couldn't eat it but wanted to give me one anyway for the fortune! And it was a good one too! Great job PF Changs at Planet Hollywood!!

Despite the fact it's a chain and seems spendy for the amount of food you get, we really enjoy it. Everything tastes fresh, is well prepared, service is great. We go with non-celiac friends and get all gluten free dishes to share and everyone likes them. Love the spicy chicken and Ginger chicken with broccoli.
