Such a treat to get safe, gluten-free Chinese food! All of their dishes are so tasty. And accessible via food delivery. ❤ I try to find PF Changs whenever I visit the USA!

Was so excited to find this location like a walk from our hotel. And we hadn’t had PF Chang’s in so long. Went online to order, and wait for food was an hour, but it was Valentines so I understood the 1 hour. I waited over 15 minutes at the curbside pickup for our food. I specifically asked the guy if there were utensils and napkins and he said yes. We get back to the hotel and sit down to eat and there are no utensils, there’s no napkins. So after having the hotel search for 10 minutes they finally found us some utensils. So now the food is cold and my son as I are starving. I open mine up and see what I thought was the marked gluten free soy sauce container. I pour it over my lettuce wraps and immediately spat it out. It was some ridiculous hot spicy sauce that burned my lips. At that point I was almost done with it but I was hungry. Well, big mistake. About an hour after eating, I start cramping and start having explosive diarrhea like you fellow celiacs know about. What an absolute waste in so many ways.

I ordered takeout, and it was marked gluten free with an orange sticker. There was gluten free soy sauce included. I was super cautious about trying it, but thankfully, no issues and I plan on ordering again.
Great food. They even have dessert options. I'm a celiac who has beaten here many times with no reaction. My only gripe is that it's a little pricey.
**Update. I will never eat here again. I ate here twice and had a reaction. The first time was mild, so I thought it was a fluke. Last night I had carryout and shortly after I became sick as a dog. They've totally lost my business.
No
Traveling for business, I'm a celiac. Ordered off the GF menu. My food even came out on a different plate. It must have been heavily cross contaminated because I've been sick all day starting right after I left the restaurant.
I love that upon greeting your table they immediately ask about allergies. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure to accommodate GF needs.

This was an excellent gluten free meal. Including dessert! They even have gluten free plates!
thirty gf menu keeps getting better if you love Asian food this place is great
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
