Pretty sure I got glutened here on Sunday. Had symptoms all week. I ordered the GF Chang’s Spicy Chicken with brown rice and broccoli. I told the waitress I had an allergy and confirmed my meal was GF upon arrival. It did come on the gluten free plate, but I started having a pounding heart within 30 minutes. That led to heart burn, joint pain, muscle pain, gas, bloating, and anxiety all week. The restaurant was busy and I wonder if staff was short in the kitchen too.

Ordered out during quarantine. GF Chang’s chicken and GF pad Thai are specified on GF menu and marked with stickers, but we tested with Nima Sensor and both came back with Gluten Found. Maybe quality control was off given limited staff during Covid lockdown, not sure. But a bit unsettling. I think we have ordered and tested in past and tests came back ok, but I don’t remember exactly.

I thought they were great, I spoke with the manager and my food came out on a different plate and verified by the runner. They also brought me gf soy sauce packets! Did not get sick!

Dedicated menu + different shape plates = relaxing gf experience. Menu hits all the basics and gf choices are just as good as non-gf. Also a great option for large group takeout; ordered food for 20 and all gf items (and condiments, inc plenty of gf soy sauce packets :) were separate and clearly marked.

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Contains Gluten, we ordered $75 worth of food, we tested with Nima sensor and it is positive. Unfortunately I don’t get to comment on the taste!!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
