Love it here. They are great about making sure things are actually gluten free. They have an allergy plate that the food comes out on so you know it is safe to eat.

They have a dedicated gluten free menu which made it so easy to figure out what I wanted! My waitress also assured me that they have a separate place for meals to be prepped, they change gloves and utensils to avoid cross contamination. My food was great and I did not get sick!

The food is great, and they always do a good job of making the food gluten free and marking it gluten free. I tested the Chang's spicy chicken and fried rice with my NimaPartners gluten sensor, and it tested gluten free.

PF Changs has so many GF options on their menu and all of the things we ordered were absolutely amazing. Mongolian Beef, Spicy Chicken (battered and fried), fried rice, chocolate raspberry soufflé, and chicken lettuce wraps. We learned that they keep a separate counter in the kitchen separate for allergy safety and they bring those allergy flagged dishes out on a white plate, instead of a black plate, as a double check. Ask for the manager, Kevin, and he will make sure you are taken care of.

I’ve eaten here a few times within the last year and every time our server is very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. They have separate plates for GF food so you know what’s safe when it comes to the table if you’re sharing with anyone. I’ve never gotten sick eating here.

Really love their GF fried rice and lettuce wraps! I've eaten here a few times and have not felt sick afterwards.
I will never ever ever go here again (Orem mall). Every time I go I get sick big time. Never ever again!
Gluten free menu, varied choices. They serve your food on designated dishes so you know they're gf and separate from the rest. Staff was very knowledgeable. Food was good and not a a sacrifice the main menu. Nice to have a safe Chinese option. Even the cherished chicken wraps are on the gf menu! We'll go back again.
Delicious but very very pricey!

My favorite place to eat and they have many choices! Very good!
I've sampled most of their gluten free menu, and it is just as good or better than the original. The menu is very specific, the staff is knowledgeable, and the food is to die for! My mouth is watering thinking about their food. :-D
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
