My daughter is 7 and newly diagnosed. This was our first time eating out and I shed a small tear of what I can only describe as relief after this meal. She has been craving noodles and I was so happy to be able to offer her an option through P.F Chang. I ordered for delivery so I called in just to be sure they knew it was celiac disease and not just an allergy. They were reassuring in all the steps they take to prevent cross contamination. We ordered the Singapore street noodles and the Gluten Free Chocolate Soufflé. They both were so good! We will be dining here more regularly now that we know we can safely.

I have never had a problem eating here. Every single time I've tested my food from here it has been fine. No gluten found! They are very very good at accommodating a gluten allergy.

They take great care with their meal prep. Separate kitchen space etc. GF meals are served on plates that look completely different than anyone else’s so there no confusion. Never had an issue at any PF Chang’s.

My husband and I went and we sat outside on the patio by the bar and was ignored once we got our food. My husband got the surf and turf and it was dull. I had gluten-free lettuce wraps which I shared that were great. But my meal so so salty I couldn't eat it. I had to find the bartender and he got me a new one and it wasn't much better. Nobody even asked to care if it was. It took forever to get our waterless to get our check. I waited at the bar looking for her. I emailed them to get a response. They said the regional manager was going to look into it. They never emailed me back. We wanted refills on our drinks and so forth but it never happened and it was my husbands day! Bad business!!

I ordered an app off the GF menu and my server asked right away if it was a preference or an allergy. After telling him an allergy he made sure to that all food was prepared separately. Every time someone dropped off food they made sure to mention is was GF. I appreciated the attention to detail. Great food!!

They have the best selection of gluten free Asian food. Their food is fresh and tasty. The staff understands gluten free and are very friendly and helpful.
Feel safe eating here. Staff educated and friendly. Food delicious.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
