Staff was not knowledgeable at all. Told me they had a separate area for GF. I am fortunate enough to have a Nima The Nima is a device that checks for gluten. When I got my order I checked it to see if it was safe to eat. Everything came back with Gluten. Extremely disappointed especially when I explained how my daughter had celiac and would effect her in a bad way. Don’t trust! No stars

Happy that they have a gluten free menu in the normal menu, takes less time away from me asking for a menu with only gluten. The food is fantastic. c:

I'm giving them three stars because they have more gluten-free choices than many restaurants. However, at this location service is extremely slow. I just don't usually have two or three hours to eat dinner. We have eaten there three or four times with my daughter who has celiac disease. I once met someone who used to work for PF Changs and he told me they took gluten-free very seriously. I am glad to hear that considering the consequences! Since finding out that they own Pei Wei we eat there more frequently as it is a more budget friendly choice and not so slow. I did write a review on the one closest to us and the biggest problem I have is they seem clueless about gluten-free which is very scary.
Good food at a great price, one of my family's favorite places to eat.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
