Have eaten take out from here many times and always felt fine. I usually get shrimp fried rice or the lettuce wraps. I am very clear about needing GF and double check before leaving with the food. My items are clearly labeled GF with my name on them.

I order food from this location on Uber Eats about once or twice a month. They have great selections and the portions are huge. That is why the prices seem high at first when you look at them. On Uber Eats they have a separate section of their gluten-free offerings. There are many different entrees, rice and fried rice with optional proteins, and even a delicious GF Chocolate souffle dessert! I have celiac, and I have never gotten sick from the food at this location.

I've given them a try more times than I can count in various locations, and at least 30% of the time I end up feeling badly and knowing for sure that my food wasn't GF. This was our first time at this location since moving to Richmond. The GF menu is smaller and more expensive than it used to be, and I've been home 30 minutes and can tell my stomach isn't happy. And this particular location was painfully slow, which has nothing to do with the GF part but is certainly not a positive thing.

Ordered the lettuce wraps gluten free, which are listed as a gfree option in the main menu. When the waitress brought them out I even asked to make sure they’d used gfree tamari or sauce. They definitely were not gluten free. I was doubled over in pain and everything else that comes with getting glutened later. I expect more from a restaurant of this size and given the cost. I won’t be returning.

I ordered 3 gluten free pad thai for lunch costing over $50 for lunch and I got sick. I thought by ordering 3, there would be less chance of eating the wrong one. I would not recommend to any Celiac person.

I got takeout from the gluten free menu three times. I got sick the first two times but thought it was just my body doing its thing. The third time I got takeout I had to call an ambulance to check my vitals because I got so sick. I then decided to ask other gf people I know if they have ever had food off the gluten free menu here. EVERY person who had been to PF Changs had also experienced allergic reactions to the food that is supposedly gluten free. Someone also told me they had to request gluten free soy to be used in the dish because they will not use it unless otherwise told. Eating here has caused my worst allergic reactions to date and I will not go again.

My child with celiac got glutened twice this spring. When we went back after the first time I let them know, made sure they were still maintaining a separate prep area. And my kid was sick before we even left the restaurant.

Got takeout from here and loved that there was a separate section on the website menu for just GF options. Food was great, but pricey. $24 for what was basically two meals, but it's nice being able to eat Chinese food again!

P.F. Chang’s has a separate gluten free menu. The staff asks if you have a gluten sensitivity (like me) or if you have celiac. They put pictures stickers on the food for the staff to recognize to be extremely careful. Food is always great. The only Asian food I’ll eat after my return from Japan.

LOVE! I've never actually gone inside, but I do curbside pickup when I'm craving Chinese food! I missed it so much over the past few years, never feeling safe- but I've never been sick after eating food from here.

It's so nice to order from the GF menu online and seeing everything properly labeled when huh pick it up.

I really enjoy coming here. Good mix of dishes on their GFree menu and the only Chinese restaurant I feel safe to eat in. Love their big bowl of egg drop soup that we share. Great bar selections a big plus.

I love this restaurant simply because the food is excellent and the staff is well trained on gluten free options. They have a gluten free menu but can alter most items on the regular menu to be gluten free. The food selection for gluten free choices is very large. The seafood in a stone pot is wonderful. I go there often and have never had a problem with any gluten issue. This is not an upscale restaurant and very small but the food is great and the service was fast, pleasant and well trained on gluten sensitivity.

Took my kids here for their birthday dinner. We had a large group and only two found were gf but the service we got was amazing. Good was delicious! From the lettuce wraps to the entrees! We even made sure to speak with a manager about how positive the experience was when we left. Best of all, neither my son nor I got ill!

Great service, great gluten free menu and food.

Chicken lettuce wrap appetizer, lemon Philip's Better Lemon Chicken for me and egg drop soup and Dali Chicken for my husband. I loved mine, the husband wasn't thrilled with any dish we had.... But the experience was wonderful. Warm and knowledgeable server, great service and good portions. We were told of the separate prep area for allergies and handed the extensive allergy menu. I was confident when ordering and eating.

Excellent system of making and keeping gluten free food separate. Have never had any contamination even with take-out. They have GF appetizers & desserts (chocolate dome is wonderful). Servers are excellent and ask about other allergies. Make reservations or eat at bar if wait is long. Go often so they will continue with extensive GF menu. Have also eaten at Chang's in Jacksonville, FL, Las Vegas, and Myrtle Beach. Same quality, no problems anywhere.

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
