I’ve eaten here many times and haven’t been sick.

I tried out the GF menu at the new P.F. Chang’s with excitement because I’ve heard how vigilant they were in controlling for cross contamination. They have a dedicated kitchen area, their own pans, plates, etc. I liked the range of options on the GF menu, too. My waiter was very enthusiastic and helpful, and he strongly recommended the Hokkien Street Noodles! I was very excited to try it, and it sounded and looked like something I shouldn’t be able to eat since being diagnosed celiac. I nima tested my meal just to be cautious, as is my protocol anytime eating out, and gluten was found. :( Total bummer. They were willing to switch it out for another menu item. I picked the lettuce wraps, and they came back gluten free and safe. But I did get the sense of frustration by the restaurant manager and another staff member. They explained that they followed all the protocols and were confused on how it would register gluten. It made me feel a little on guard, but I just tried to stay focused on my health and not let that intimidate me.

I’ve eaten here many times. Love the spicy chicken. Fried rice. Lettuce wraps. Egg drop soup. Have never gotten sick. I’m also soy free and they are able to prepare my food as such.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
