I order the gf Mongolian beef and gf fried rice for delivery. Definitely something was contaminated because with 10 minutes of eating it I got violently sick

This place is terrible. Go to the Hackensack location if you don't want problems. I ordered 3 entrees to go - 2 gluten free and one regular. When they brought them out, nothing was labeled and the server was trying to figure it out based on the "order" the boxes were placed in the bag. No thanks! I left without any of it because I was so annoyed at not only their process, but the fact that they failed to take the gluten free order seriously and thought they could arbitrarily label the GF items after the fact. Hell to the no.

Waitress was very accommodating about allergy. Plates are colored differently for all services to be sure it’s safe. Just watch for the fortune cookies given out at the end.

My go-to for Asian take out. They have a gluten free menu and they use white plates instead of black for the gf dishes. I normally get the chicken lettuce wrap app and then split the Mongolian beef (sooo good) and the spicy chicken dish. They also have gf fried rice and one dessert option. They take the allergy seriously and I’ve never gotten sick!

They gave me regular beef with broccoli after I ordered gluten free chicken with broccoli. I don’t eat beef and I have celiac so both were a no no. The replacement they sent was cold and hard and caused TMJ pain. The broccoli was raw.... don’t go here. They changed the GF menu. The one before had more options and tasted better. They used to have a berry shortcake for dessert but no longer. I was told they were bought out by restaurant group that changed their menu and apparently quality.

GF menu and delicious food. One of my favorites
Yes
My daughter has celiac. She is not eating gluten because of a fad diet. They have a separate kitchen and we have eaten there many many times. Never had an issue. Great menu to choose from. Eat there with a quiet mind
Yes
SO GOOD! I've had PF Changs both in the restaurant and take out and have been impressed with their knowledge and accommodations. Plates are designed differently for gluten free and take out containers are labeled. They have a cup full of packaged, disposable chopsticks as well at each table and we're very clean overall. I have celiac and am very sensitive and have never gotten sick here. So happy to be able to eat Chinese food!
Yes
Happy with the GF menu - many options.
This place was terrible. Not only were the people at the front completely clueless about gluten free and cross contamination, but they brought out one of our gluten free entrees with a gluten filled appetizer item (deep fried, battered string bean) sitting in our gluten free entree. I requested that they be very cautious from the beginning and they were not. We couldn't even get out water refilled.
No
Maybe they had problems when they first opened but let me tell you it was the best Chinese in Rockland County when we were there recently. Fresh not greasy, and very favorable. Give it another try.
The chain in Nanuet is dangerous.. DO NOT EAT THERE if you have an allergy. Take the trip to Hackensack... You'll thank me.
If I could give zero stars I would. The place is FILTHY. Whoever the "dishwasher" is needs to be FIRED. All utensils were dirty. The waiter came out with tea and tea cups. The tea cups had crusted food inside of them. The teapot had what appeared to be a CAT HAIR stuck on it. The chopsticks are REUSED. Plastic is POROUS and the chopsticks have teeth marks on them. Hepatitis anyone? The egg drop soup was cold and you can tell they didn't reheat it properly. Soup needs to be maintained at a proper temperature to prevent bacterial growth. It wasn't fresh and probably yesterday's backwash soup. The food was terrible. Rice noodles looked and tasted old like yesterday's leftovers. It was disgusting. The health department would shut the place down if they saw what I saw. The cloth napkins had very short rodent type hair on them. All these signs point to one thing.... Poor quality control, poor management (more like NO management) and unsafe food handling and little to no dish-ware/utensil cleansing. I will never go back.
server was very knowledgable and accommodating of gluten allergy. he brought out separate sauces too. gf menu is limited but it definitely solves that chinese food craving
A lot of plate GF
Long wait, slow to get seated
Lots of options!

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
