The crust is GF, but baked on same surface as all the regular pizzas. Cross contamination alert!

Pizza was good, however they do not have dedicated facilities and there is wheat fluor everywhere. If you are sensitive I would not recommend this place.

Not gluten-free due to cross-contamination while cooking. They may change their gloves, but if the pizza is cooked on the same surface as all of the gluten crumbs, it is for naught. Pizza Rev is a much better alternative.

Great gluten free thin crust pizza. They are careful with cross contamination with toppings- the only concern is that all pizzas are made in the oven but they can cook it separately. One of the better gf pizzas I have had!

It's not gluten free. They cook their gluten free pizzas on the same surface as the regular ones. Don't eat here is you actually have an issue with gluten.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pieology and it's employees! Gluten free crust! The pizza makers always ask if I also would like them to change their gloves and have separate sauces for the gluten free crusts to avoid contamination. The crust is DELICIOUS, there is only one topping that is not gluten free (meatballs), and who doesn't love unlimited toppings on a delicious gluten free crust? No one, that's who.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.

Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
