They may have gluten free crusts and a guise of "allergy" safety (they even ask), but their practices are not up to a high enough standard to be safe for either allergies or celiac. While making my kids pizza, cross contamination occurred through gloves (not changed between a wheat pizza and our gf pizza) and their oven is not safe. When I asked about their procedure for baking, I was informed that they "sweep it out" so it's safe... before putting our gf pizza directly in the oven (no base), allowing for more cross contamination. I spoke to the shift manager about what I saw and she didn't think it was a problem. It felt like a case of ignorance, not malace, but I definitely don't feel safe eating here.

Celiac friendly?

No

I've eaten here several times with no issues. I order the gluten-free crust and let the staff know it's an allergy (they ask) and they're very careful with the production. While their website doesn't recommend itself as celiac friendly, I haven't had any problem and feel safe eating here. You choose your own ingredients, which helps if you have other food allergies. I am sensitive to dairy but do well with their feta cheese topping.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.

Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
