We had a great experience here! I talked to an employee at length about their gluten-free protocols - they have a separate pizza assembly station for gluten allergies (which is on the back wall) and put the pizza on its own special tray with liner to minimize cross-contaminated in the oven. Our daughter is a sensitive celiac and had no issues.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
