They may have gluten free dough but they cook it in the same oven as the gluten full pizzas. Definitely cross contaminated.
No
As the manager said they are gluten conscience. In other words they only have gluten free dough. Everything else is not gluten free. If you have celiac this is not a good place. Said cheese is not gluten free and sauce is cross contaminated. So tired of everyone saying gluten free when they aren't
No
Really great pizza but they don't recommend for Celiac guest so my husband and I got it to go and took our Daughter to PDQ next door.
Awesome place, gluten free pizza.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
