Disappointing visit. A. Flagged as clean oven celiac for 2 pizzas. They cleaned the cutter for first one then Dunked it in the water to clean-with the cutter water from gluten. B. Didn’t understand how this was a bad thing -2 staff members C. Ordered fiery chicken with gorgonZola - barely any mozzarella on the pizza and tasted 4 bites of the Gorgonzola-out the whole pizza D. Pizza was smaller than the Folsom pizza the previous day. Felt shortchanged when $30 for 2 pizzas and are smaller than the 10” yesterday

Excellent gf crust with build-your-own toppings. Server changed his gloves before making my pizza. Similar to Blaze Pizza.
GF pizza is made on dedicated metal pans with clean gloves. Toppings come from fresh buckets kept under the counter. The lady who made my pizza was really nice: I said I would skip toppings to keep it simple, but she asked what toppings I liked and got them, even though the line was stacking up and she had to go to the back for one of the toppings. I watched them plate and cut my pizza, and they used all clean tools.
They go out of their way to not cross contaminate . Separate ingredients , change gloves . GF crust put on pan . Choose your own toppings . Pretty good for a quick safe pizza. Great service. Worked real hard to take care of our needs.

I visited pieology ona road trip. They have gluten free crust. The menu advised celiacs that they could not guarantee no cross contamination so I was not optimistic, but when I spoke to the server, she explained that they change gloves, use a special pan if requested (regular pizzas are cooked directly on the pizza oven surface) and have separate utensils (color coded) for gluten free. She also showed me that in the fridge beneath the counter they keep separate olive oil and sauce only used on GF pizzas. Finally, I requested cheese from a new container (worried about cross contamination) which she accomodated. I did not have other toppings. The pizza was great and I was thankful for the special care they took to avoid cross contamination.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.

It was good. But there was way too much cross contamination.
