Excellent pizza - nice thin crust. They take care cooking gluten free pizza in a pan different than those used for regular pizza. The man running the counter made sure we knew about safety protocols. Great experience!

Our must go to place when we are in NYC. best GF pizzas we ever had, and staff is very knowledgeable. Good variety of choices. Don’t think about it, just go!

I have pretty mixed feelings about PizzArte. I love that there are so many pizza options with gf crust. I haven’t gotten sick, although I only ate a few hours ago and I’m always a not-sick-until-the-next-day Celiac. However, it’s quite pricey and every employee I encountered was pretty rude. Not worth it to me to go back.

I truly have never had a genuine brick oven baked pizza as amazing as this. The crust was just perfectly smoky, bubbly, and charred perfectly. The cheese and toppings wonderfully melded to the sauce, which is not too much not too little. I cannot say enough good things about the magic of a high temp oven baking. Skip the salad and apps, the pizza is as big as a tabletop and you can and will finish it yourself. Now I don’t know if there is cross contamination issues either with the kitchen or the oven, but we ate here several times and didn’t get sick.

Gf crust was soagy and although I marked as gluten allergy, I got sick that evening. Some cross contamination must have happened in oven or in kitchen. Would not recommend for celiacs.

We had a great lunch experience at pizzArte! The only items on the menu that are GF are the pizzas ,but there are plenty of choices within that category. Our Celiac daughter loved the plain pizza and it came out clearly marked as "allergy/GF". Our waiter was familiar with the needs of GF patrons and knew the menu very well. For the 3 other, non-GF diners in our family - we enjoyed it just as much. The food was really great! They also offer outdoor, heated dining which was nice since we visited during the winter omicron surge. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best gluten free dough I have ever had (gluten free since 2011). No reaction. No need to take Benadryl or epipen! Seriously. Amazing. So good that I ate there two days in a row.

I ate a GF pizza here without issue and it was quite delicious however I did not read all the reviews here nor did I do the due diligence of asking questions about their process. I'd had a hell day of travel and just needed to eat. Thank goodness I did not get sick! Pricey.

I travel for work and this is a staple for me every time I come to NYC. Best part is my husband that is not GF said it is in his top 3 favorite pizzas of all time. I love when a restaurant has both Good GF options and non GF options. This pizza is the best. LIKE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is the crust. It is everything

None of the pizza is celiac safe. They use a shared oven and place oven directly in oven, and are not able to use a dedicated pan/tray or foil. We asked 3 times if there was anyway to place a barrier and confirm they put GF pizza in the same surface as gluten pizza. So all GF pizza is placed directly on the shared oven with gluten pizza. Very disappointed celic kiddo. Not celiac safe. 😞

Best GF pizza I’ve had! Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Made recommendations and told what menu items were GF. All but 2 pizzas could be made GF. Some salads and dessert options for GF too. Pasta dishes were not because of the homemade noodles.

I got the gluten free pizza with spicy salami and it was very good. I like my pizza extra crispy and forgot to mention that when I ordering. This was definitely in my top 10 and has potential to move to the top 5 if it was crispier. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back there again, two thumbs up!!! 👍👍

Holy cow! So delicious! I ordered the PizzArte and it did not disappoint at all. This pizza was big enough for two with butternut squash, sausage and mozzarella. Fantastic! As a bonus, my whole family, who are not GF, loved their food as much as I loved mine!!

With a “gluten free” flag on their pizza, they happily brought us a “gluten free” pizza and we felt safe having our daughter try their pizza. She is now throwing up. She does have celiac but is not sensitive enough to throw up when just in a flour filled environment. She has to actually ingest glutinous flour in order to get sick. This place lied straight to our faces. I can’t believe it’s listed on this website as a recommendation!!!

I was encouraged by the high number of positive reviews and tried this restaurant when many other places were closed on the Fourth of July. This pizza tasted very good and the staff seemed knowledgeable and conscientious about modifications for Celiac Disease. I definitely felt safe while eating it , but unfortunately, I had a violent Celiac reaction after eating at this restaurant. (One of the worst I’ve had in years!) So disappointing, because I do believe they were trying hard to keep things gluten free.

The GF pizza is so good it’s indistinguishable from a gluten pizza. I have yet to find a pizza as good as this one. We also had the Burrata which was delicious as well the artichoke salad (with arugula and Parmesan cheese). All were outstanding. For dessert we have the flourless chocolate cake which was okay but not memorable.
