I would not eat here again, nor recommend this place for celiacs. Yes they did take precautions but I ended up sick . Impossible to not have cross contamination in this place, and staff despite being kind and claiming they were knowledgeable, didn’t know hot to decipher the gf symbol and tried to sell me the miso soup which is clearly labeled as not gf. Hard pass

Seemed very knowledgeable. She was awesome and went over all our options. She even changed her gloves without us asking. It was good excellent and daughter did not get sick.

Owner was very knowledgable about items. He even called corporate to figure out why their seaweed wraps aren't considered gf (manufacturer won't guarantee it) and helped me navigate the menu. Took my allergy seriously. Great food. Will 100% return next time I'm in town.

The staff was knowledgeable. There is a good selection to choose from. You build your own bowl. My food was very good and I’ll be back.

On both occasions, the staff (different both times) knew what celiac disease was, communicated down the line to change gloves and how to handle my items, and took their time! The first time, the staff person took time to explain the menu and let me taste test the gluten free sauce options. I love sushi so this has been the closest thing to tasting similar without having to switch out the rice to brown rice! I got the poke bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, mango, cucumber, cilantro, green onions and sriracha aioli sauce! SO GOOD!

They were really care and wanted to make my food turn out good. I have celiac disease and they really helped out. They are new, but they knew what they were doing. They were patient with my needs and were able to answer all my questions. Plus the food is delicious!!! If you are looking for a fast good Hawaii- American meal this is the place to be

I am a Foodie, and this is the Best Poke Bowl Restaurant I have found thus far....after years of "Research":) Also, the service is quite good, and Dennis the owner is Top Notch and quite knowledgeable on GF.

So good and great service. Gluten-free items are marked, but you have to look very closely. Note the online menu is from the corporate website, and it doesn't it match exactly what they have on service in the local store.

There are some GF options labeled clearly on the menu and we ate safely. They were out of a number of items but that has nothing to do with GF/celiac!
