We go a few times a month for GF pizza for our celiac daughter never an issue

I loved Posa Posa growing up; my whole family did. When I was diagnosed with Celiac I thought for sure Posa would make a good pie. I was so wrong in my assumptions. It’s bland, cardboard esq in desperate need of salt and a complete change in vendors. I’ve tasted some pretty decent GF pizza crusts in New City, Pearl River, Nyack and Mahwah. They get there’s from a totally different vendor than Posa. Posa Posa should really try to change vendors and let their customers know. I stopped going and my brothers and parents did too because they said even the quality and taste of their regular pizza changed and it’s not only not the same but inferior and a shame to it’s long legacy in Rockland. I’ve had their GF pasta and salads and they were decent. But for pizza go somewhere else. It pains me to say this of my childhood pizzeria.
Pizza stinks plus the staff is snotty
GF pasta is very good! - i usually stick with the baked ziti
Gluten free pizza was good.....the pizza sauce was amazing! Fettuccine alfredo was yummy too!
Ewe, I have nothing good to say about the pizza.
The gluten free crust is amazing. Best I've ever had!
Pizza is from still riding- a chain, which is ok. But they can make so many gf options. Owner and staff is very knowledgable about allergies. We get a chicken Marsala with pasta that is really good( not breaded).
Ugh.... Don't even bother. Pizza was terrible and the staff whom I believe are the owners are grumpy. No service with a smile.
One of the first places in Rockland to serve GF pizza. They have expanded their offerings to pasta and other menu items and serve very good Italian food.
Didn't have pasta or pizza, but felt safe with the entree and salad. Delicious food.

for a suburban place their knowledge and ability to accommodate my multiple allergies was very impressive and food was pretty good. gf pasta tasty.

They are aware of how important being gf is and xan make most of their dishes as gf. Their gf penne aum aum with chicken is crazy good. The pizza crust is too sweet when it should be salty but the sauce and cheese very good. They cook the gf pizza in the kitchen in separate oven to prevent cc.
I really liked their GF Pizza. I had veggie. Only complaint was too much broccoli. But I'm not a fan.
Very disappointing. GF pizza crust was like cardboard - poor texture and flavorless. They will need to improve the crust quality if they want to compete with other GF pizza in the area. I used to enjoy their pizzas so much before I went GF.
Posa Posa was one of the first to offer GF pizza in the area and I think it's delicious. I have had it many ways, regular cheese and sauce, fresca style and with grilled eggplant. My favorite.
Gluten free pizza and pasta is not that good.
gluten free pizza is expensive and gross. it has a sweet strange taste to it. I ordered a pie once and had never gone back.
I have had their gf pizza. Not the best I've ever had but descent. They also have gf pasta but I haven't tried it yet.
