This was not a GF friendly place. My GF pizza was handled by the same e person handling my husband’s gluten pizza. My pizza was also cut with the same knife used for gluten pizzas. Lots of cross contamination.
Used same knife as regular pizza

The pizza was ok. But they are short staffed so there was a ton of cross contamination happening.

Had a great experience! The pizza was great and the staff took all precautions when I noted it was an allergy. It was a busy time so it made me nervous but they switched gloves and switched pizza cutters so there was no cross contamination. Would definitely have liked to see separate marinara to avoid any problems. But did not get sick and will definitely be back!

Staff knowledgeable about gluten and changed gloves. Possible cross contamination from sauce and sides. Fantastic pizza, friendly staff and the restaurant is clean.
The service and care to make my pizza gluten free was excellent. All workers put on new gloves and pulled all the sauce and toppings from new containers to prevent cross contamination. Gf pizzas are cooked in a pan to keep them safe.
Only complaints: I felt like my pizza needed about 2 or 3 more minutes in the oven to give the crust a little crisp, and the toppings could have been distributed more evenly.
Gluten-free crust is available and is baked in a disposable pan to eliminate cross contamination. Server changed gloves when I affirmed I had an allergy. They do NOT have separate containers for sauce and toppings, so be aware of that. Pizza was good and I didn’t get sick :).

Have eaten here many times since my diagnosis and have never been sick after. Their policy to confirm that my GF is an allergy, not just a preference, is wonderful. The only minor issue is that they don’t keep separate marinara sauce. So, they go through all the appropriate steps to eliminate cross-contamination only to use the same sauce and ladle that they use in the regular crusts. One minor change of keeping a separate marinara container (even if it is just the regular marinara) would fix this issue. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Pyros.

Excellent gluten free pizza. My husband has celiac and he was not contaminated. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean location and quick service!

Yes
Great g-free pizza, staff will change gloves, but you can see lots of cross contamination in the pizza toppings. Scoop is placed directly on flour crust and back in pot. You may need to request newly opened ingredients for celiac.

Best and gluten free pizza crust in the Memphis TN area. This is where I go to get gluten free and they change gloves when they ask if it's an allergy, which it is for me and you can put whatever toppings you would like on it. Plus, it's the best price for a gluten free pizza too!

Great friendly service. They asked if my GF request was for an allergy and suggested leaving it in the pan to avoid continuation. Not the very best crust but pretty close. Neat and different atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again.
They gave me all the choices I needed, and it was tasty without being expensive.
LOVE! SOOOOooooo much better than domino's GF pizza
I love coming to Pyros. The gluten free crust is amazing. Much better than any other chain GF crust I have had. Their pizza bar makes it easy for you to control what you put on your pizza and they can even fire it in a pan so cross-contamination is to a minimum. Not only that but it's one of the cheapest pizza options for GF!
