Very busy chain restaurant. They have a GF menu but about half the items are cooked in a shared fryer, so are not GF. I ordered a Salmon dish with coleslaw and bbq beans from the GF menu and specified no bread. It came with a piece of Texas toast on the plate next to the salmon. The waitress took it back and the manager came out at once to apologize and offer a free dessert. They remade my dinner and the manager brought it out himself. The food was tasty, better than expected for a chain.

they have gluten free buns, root beer floats, and amazing loaded fries!
No gluten free menu, but things are marked clearly on the menu. The bone in wings and French fries are gluten free. They also had a GF bun for the burgers. They also have a designated GF fryer.

They have a separate dedicated fryer for gf wings! The server will go over which sauces to avoid (mainly ones with soy sauce). They can also do gf fries in that fryer.

We stopped on a whim while traveling, after reading reviews here. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a gf roll and gf french fries. It was very good. The bun did not fall apart like most gf buns! I have Celiac and was fine afterward. Service was excellent! The decor is interesting! A fun stop for sure.

I called, and they weren't sure about the gluten free quality of the food. My partner ordered the Jumbo Wings, which should be gluten free according to their website, and got a bad reaction.
