Excellent burger and truffle fries. Dedicated GF frier and good Celiac protocols.

I had the gluten free boneless wings and a basket of fries. I was assured by the server that my order would be marked as an allergy and there was a dedicated fryer. No side effects, will definitely be back!

I have two kids with celiac and this was their first experience to the restaurant chain. They were out of the gluten free boneless chicken wings which was a huge disappointment to my son who was hungry and between basketball games at a tournament. He ordered a grilled cheese and the gluten free bread was super dry. I had a grilled chicken on gluten free bread that was great. The gluten free fries were great. My celiac kids loved their strawberry milkshakes. So there were pros and cons. Hopefully we can try it again and they have the wings.

Went to Red Cow tonight and didn’t have any issues. My server seemed knowledgeable and familiar with the gluten free protocol. I had a hamburger with a gluten free bun and truffle fries, fried in a dedicated fryer. My kiddo and husband shared a plate of gluten free bbq chicken wings . I did try one and seemed tasty. They are not celiac, only myself.
Giving 4 stars as it is not dedicated. Also I had to ask the server what on the menu was gluten free as I only saw a couple things. It was then explained to me that I could order burgers with a gluten free bun and the ingredients inside burger were GF.

Incredible. I’ve been in Rochester 2 weeks now because my husband is extremely sick and we’re from Louisville KY. I have celiac disease and typically food like this is really hard to find but they make it easy! Incredible food wish quality, incredible service, reasonable prices. They get it and go above and beyond. Even safe draft cider. I’ve literally eaten here almost every day. I am a super sensitive celiac that owns a gluten free restaurant in Louisville KY. Go Here!

Ordered BBQ Boneless Wings and they were so delicious! Haven’t had crunchy boneless wings at a restaurant since before I was diagnosed. I have celiac and usually react right away and I had no issues even with eating the tator tots!

Very knowledgeable staff. I had ordered gluten free boneless wings. I tested them with my Nima tester and they came out as having gluten in them. I then ordered a chicken BLT on a gluten free bun with sweet potato fries. The BLT came out gluten free but the fries tested positive for gluten. I talked with the manager and they felt very bad. They said they were going to stop serving gluten free fried food for the rest of the day and would clean their fryer. The manager also talked with the owner who was there and they are ordering a Nima to test their own food. I was impressed by this. Although I didn’t get to try the wings, I was happy they took celiac seriously and want to do better. So thankful I have a tester so I didn’t go home sick.

Had two meals here while in town and they were fabulous. Fries, buffalo cauliflower and so much more are GF (and prepared mine DF too - even vegan ranch!) I’m very sensitive celiac and had zero issues - loved it!

Good options for gf folks. Their boneless wings are gluten-free which isn’t something you see everyday.

I had such high hopes for this place after I’ve read other reviews but I got severely glutened last night. After reading the other 2 reviews and then other reviews based upon other locations I decided to give it a try. The customer service there is AMAZING and the server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac Disease vs gluten sensitivity. I was ensured that they use separate fryers and they get new oil and ingredients. He also stated he marks it as a allergy in their system and the cooks will know it is for Celiac. My husband and I ordered the gluten free Buffalo Cauliflower which is breaded but it is supposed to be breaded with gluten free breading. We placed our order and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands right after and in 5 minutes our appetizer was sitting on our table. I immediately questioned if it was actually gluten free because for a gluten free appetizer to be cooked for Celiac that quickly just seemed odd to me. I was so nervous to eat it but decided to try because the waiter ensure me they took proper precautions. For main course I ordered the boneless wings which are listed as being gluten free but the bone in ones are not. I ordered the buffalo boneless wings and dry rub with a side of truffle fries. The boneless wings looked like they were gluten free and took time to come out. Our meals took about 15-20mins to come out which to me is a very fair wait time but the waiter apologized for it taking so long and he was going to comp one of our items. We had no problem waiting as we have waited way longer before for gluten free meals elsewhere. I felt much more at ease about eating the wings and fries. On the drive home which was about 20-30mins I started feeling off. Once I got home my heart started racing as it does with being glutened and I started getting nauseous. 10 minutes later I was violently ill. It took about 3 hours of constantly getting sick and severe stomach pain to be able to move back to my bed. I feel much better this AM but feel like I usually do after I’ve been glutened. I am a very sensitive Celiac so there was cross contamination somewhere or something was not completely gluten free. Needless to say I won’t go back which is unfortunate because the food tastes amazing, the customer service was amazing, everyone worked as a team and despite being insanely busy they were on top of things. I gave 2 stars for the customer service in general.

They have separate fryers! I was so grateful when I heard this. It states at the bottom of their menu that most items can be made gluten free. Their bowl was so good I went back the next day and got boneless wings. You read that right, boneless wings! The bone-in wings contain gluten. Will go back again.

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgable about what was Celiac Safe. Dedicated fryer, gluten free buns, gluten free bread. Mark the order as gluten allergy when sending to kitchen. There were also vegetarian options which was great for us.

We just moved to the area and have been smelling like yummy scents everyday, and the food itself did not disappoint! The house chips and dip were SO GOOD with a nice seasoning of peppercorn and fresh out of the dedicated gluten free fryer. The waitress was highly knowledgeable on cross contamination as well as the best way to eat the BLT (GF bun holds up better than the bread) I ordered. I look forward to returning to Red Cow!
