AMAZING food and great gluten free knowledge. As soon as you sit down they ask if anyone in your party has food allergies and if so, they will serve your food on a red plate. They have dedicated gluten free fryers and can basically make everything gluten free (except the pretzel). Must have the bang bang broccoli and the sweet potato fries!

This is a staple no matter what location you go to. My family goes here a lot and almost their entire menu is available gluten free! Gluten free food is also priority here, so your order never comes out messed if you have allergies. Wings are also $1 each on wednesdays which is an amazing deal. This has everything a gluten free American food place needs and also has some good decently healthy options. There are healthy sides available over fries such as Brussel Sprouts, most dishes with chicken can be ordered fried or grilled and they have other dishes that use white meat such as Turkey tips. This is a go to for classic American food! They also have amazing Parmesan fries, if you want fries, sub for those.

This place was absolutely wonderful!!! The minute we were sat down, he asked if either of us had any allergies so he knew right from the start. I was told basically everything on the menu can be made gluten free (including the tenders!!!). I loved everything I ate and I so appreciated the service we received!

This place is absolutely awesome. Every item on their menu can be made gluten free. I have eaten here many times and have never had a reaction! The fryers are 100% gluten free and they use separate colored plates to differentiate for those with gluten allergies.

So nice to be able to eat almost anything on the clearly marked menu. Thai boneless tenders were delicious, as were the Parmesan fries and chicken sandwich on a GF bun. Very happy to have found this place traveling through MA. The whole family had a good meal.

Love this place gluten free fried buttermilk chicken is amazing also for dessert I had a gluten free donut with caramel and ice cream
Great experiences here! Had an issue with the manager but addressed it with corporate (she was touching food with bare hands)
They always have the best GF options!

Usually the gf beer offering is Redbridge; I was surprised that they stock Celia Saison AND IPA #5, a personal favorite. Waitress said the entire menu is gf; I’m always dubious. I had fish tacos that were awesome; deep fried taco shells were very crispy & crumbly (don’t order on a 1st date!). The accompanying rice was ok; not hot, but tasty. My adult non gf son had a fish dinner. He liked it but had to remove cilantro. It came with rice, which surprised him, he’d have preferred fries. He felt his portion wasn’t large enough to fill him. He then wanted dessert & got “upside down cheesecake” which he liked. I had a gf strawberry shortcake served warm in a skillet with ice cream. I seldom eat dessert, so it was a real treat. Server was responsive and very upbeat. Will definitely come again!

This is my goto restaurant. I’ve tried most items in the menu at this point, as almost anything can be made gluten free. GF items come out on a red plate and are usually brought by a manager. I have a few friends who are also celiacs who have never had any problems here, and the food and drinks are great!
Yes
We used to order from and go to red heat all the time. I had a few times my husband looked and could tell they mixed up my order and the fixed it quickly. The final time, my food was marked gluten free and all. When I went to take a bite of my sandwich it was very clearly on a ciabatta roll. It was not gluten free. I was extremely upset. They offered to come my meal and give us a gift card but after the multiple mess ups wasn’t worth it.

Hello, My name is Dee and I went to Red Heat Tavern Sunday. I got mac and cheese and a Cesar salad. My friend got a house salad with blue cheeses dressing. We were not happy with any of the food choices. The mac and cheese just tasted like onion and the salad did not seem to have any cheese except for like a sprinkle of Kraft type powder cheese. The dressing did not seem to have any blue cheese chunks at all. The house salad had a rotted tomato. The drinks were watered down (wine and soda). Also the waitress seemed harsh and not soft and friendly. Not a good first impression.
Everything on the menu can be made gluten free! So awesome! Food is delicious, and wait staff is efficient and friendly. Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back.
Everything but the pretzels can be done gf. All allergen food is served on red plates so it’s easy to see. The cookie skillet is the best!
The whole menu is available gluten free and delicious! Staff was knowledgeable. Separate fryer. Desserts.
Excellent restaurant, the sister company of Burton’s Grill in which the owner has celiac. Allergies are taken seriously, wait staff is knowledgeable, every menu item can be made GF (except their soft baked pretzel), dedicated fryer, meals delivered by managements on red plates to indicate an allergy, and their food is excellent. I would highly recommend!

The owner has celiac disease and everything can be made gluten free except the soft baked pretzel. I had the meatloaf, which was topped with gravy and onion strings — all safe. It was great!
Yes
Almost any item (except for pretzels) can be made gluten free.
Wonderful and delicious GF menu! I am celiac and had fried haddock, fries and pickles....good portion and was very yummy! I even had a GF cookie with ice cream for dessert...
We were there with a party of seven, three of us are Celiac. Gluten free meals came out on red plates, but my 10-year-old daughter is now vomiting from being exposed.
No
Can accommodate anything on the menu except for the appetizer pretzels.
Can not wait to go back and try more options.
We had the spinach & cauliflower dip and the fish tacos! Very happy with the choices.
Our server was fantastic also.

I visit for the first time this place and I felted safe and comfortable and I’m a celiac,it was amazing and how much they’d take serious people with food allergies, the waitress Raeshawn was amazing he’d explained to me everything that it was safe for me to have, everything I was looking up it was gluten free.. I really recommend it. The service and waitresses was really amazing.

I go here regularly with no issue. All GF meals are marked by being on a red plate as claimed in the restaurant self-written description above (not a labeled toothpick but an obvious indicator to all staff). I always ask just in case and am always told red plate=gf and the staff is always well trained on handling gf/celiac customers. They have separate fryers for allergens including a gluten free fryer. They say all menu items can be made gluten free and I have never encountered anything they wouldn't do gf. This is my go-to 'I worked too long today and all I want is chicken tenders and french fries now' place.
I am also allergic to dairy so one time I asked for a dairy free sauce chef's choice to go with some fried pickles instead of the usual ranch and they absolutely delivered.
Also you can clearly mark online orders for gluten allergy with a whole section of the online menu being set up as 'gluten free menu item name' and you can further mark all your allergens from the selection box and write a note for each item. The takeout boxes will have allergy stickers on the individual items.

Good poisoning for me and all of my party. It feels like it was also gluten. The celiacs in our party were sick much longer than everyone else and one of us got the celiac rash afterwards. I would never eat here again.

Ate here for while traveling on my son’s birthday. Three of us are gluten free. Plenty of choices for apps, dinner and dessert that we could choose from. Everything was delicious and service was great and very knowledgeable! Gluten free meals came out on a different color plate than meals with gluten.

We sat at the bar because it was so busy. The bartender was very knowledgeable about GF needs and anticipated a lot of my questions once she knew I have a gluten allergy. Their fryers are all dedicated GF and only a few items on their menu cannot be done GF (the pretzel and tacos, I was told). Overall a good meal and I was able to have some of the fried apps that I don’t often get to eat, with no issues after.

Compared to 110 grill, very disappointing. Food not flagged gluten free, food not brought out by manager, table sticky when we sat down. 110 grill is 1000x better!
