They were very respectful and courteous with my requests and the waiter even had them remake my burger because he wasn't sure if it got cross contaminated.

I have eaten at this location several times. I always get the avo Cobb salad from the gluten free menu. I never have a problem. Today I got the same dish and the chicken had gluten. The manager came over and was very understanding and he brought me a new meal. This location is usually very safe but someone made a mistake and there was cross contamination.

They do a decent job with GF. They understand cross contamination and have GF buns. The GF are a bit lack luster.

Always love this chain with their totally awesome GF buns and delicious GF fries also the staff is knowledgeable

We tried so many times to eat here (at the citrus park location) because we LOVE their fries and burgers. Three times, I sent my burger back because it had a sauce or an item specifically listed as not gluten free (even after I had a discussion with our server and the manager explaining that I have celiac). Three more times, I and my son (who is also celiac) got sick. I gave up.

Great GF menu and when you place your order it is segmented from other orders in the kitchen. My only complaint is that when I asked for a GF menu, I was told to look it up on my phone. I had already done so prior to going to the restaurant so it wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it did seem like they could have been more accommodating.

This restaurant always does a great job. I get the California Chicken Sandwich, on a gluten free bun. No seasoning on the fries. One of my favorite options for dinner or lunch

the citrus mall staff in tampa FL is very understanding. My daughters new favorite.

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)

They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.

None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)
