All of the staff are fully trained to accommodate multiple food allergies.

Worst experience I've ever had. You can't view the GF menu without your own smart phone. Once they finally brought me my burger on a GF bun, it was moldy.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Beware I eat here regularly. I ask for a manager every time and explain everything then my burger still comes on a regular but 4 out of 5 times. Remember that if it has sesame seeds it is a gluten bun.
We were a little afraid because they didn't have a printed g-f menu. The manager came out and brought us an iPad with a g-f menu. The burgers were awesome! They took extra time to make a batch of fries especially for us in their dedicated fryer. We will not hesitate to visit this location again. Our 9 year old with celiac is highly sensitive and all went well.

I have ordered to-go several times here. The staff have always been responsive to my gluten free requirements. I have not experienced any problems.
Horrible! The service was awful and they messed up my order.
I visited this location with my cousin recently because I heard they offered a Gluten Free menu. When I went there, we had a good 15 minute wait before they even took our drink orders, they were not even busy that day. When they took our order, I kindly explained that I have a severe food allergy to gluten, and stressed the importance of the staff cleaning prep areas, changing gloves, etc. Two girls took my order (I'm assuming one was in training. Between the two, they should have gotten it correct though.) I ordered the Bacon burger on a gluten free bun and a small side salad with no croutons. They came out with my cousins food 20 minutes later and didn't bring mine out for another 20 minutes! When they finally brought mine out, it was clear they messed my order up. They brought out a regular burger with a sesame-seed, gluten-laced bun, as well as a salad covered in croutons. Before they could sit it down on the table, I told them the needed to take it back that I had a severe food allergy, and that was definitely not what I had ordered. They apologized and took it back. By the time the correct order came our (anther 15 minutes later), my drink was empty, and my cousin had already finished his entire meal. It gets better though, when I bit into the gluten-free bun, it was hard as a rock and stale. Between the horrible service, long waits, the allergy mix-up, and the stale food, I never plan to go back. I do not recommend this restaurant if you have Celiac disease or are Gluten-Free.

Gluten free burgers(with bun) and fries.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
