Red Robin

In the past I’ve had a good experience at Red Robin but this time I got a set of GF fries and didn’t realize that a piece of onion ring was in the basket until after I ate it. Said something to the server and he said that he would make sure to tell the kitchen but the damage is done.

Staff is knowledgeable and i feel the most safe at this restaurant. The Webster location is the best location i’ve gone to.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They are aware of celiac and offer gluten free buns that are pretty good. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer. We'd eaten there many times until one night, the sweet potato fries arrived with a big hunk of breading in the middle of them. Our waitress called the manager out to show him and they did apologize and comped my meal, but it was too late. I'd eaten 3-4 fries before I noticed the breaking & ended up getting very sick :(

i love red robin! I've never had a problem here. it's one of my 3 go to places to eat since being diagnosed celiac. as with any place, always make sure your remind them you are celiac/gluten free when ordering anything...you're entrée, ff refill or dessert. the servers are only human afterall. separate kitchen area for gf and separate fryer for GF french fries.

Be careful at the Webster location...we ordered gluten free fries for my daughter and they gave her regular ones. We didn't notice until she'd eaten most of them! 😞

Always easy there without a problem. Not top quality fine dining but SAFE! My daughter lives the GF buns/sandwiches. There are many options and the fries are GF!

Great place to get a GF burger and fries!!

Decent amount of gluten free options including fries and a bun! Wish there was a separate gf menu instead of having to leaf through a binder to see which ingredients from which items weren't gluten free. If you want a good burger and fries on a bun I would definitely recommend.

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.

Amazing. They have gluten free buns and pizza and fries. Everything gluten free comes out with a purple marker. I love it

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)

They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.

None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

They knew what to do. The manager was very present and intentional, as well as the wait staff.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)
