We've eaten at this location a lot when we visit my parents since we know RR has allergen protocols and options. There are GF bun options. Dedicated fryer for allergy fries on request. My daughter usually gets the kids grilled chicken dippers and fries.

Update: 6/08/22… In response to my Google review paralleling this one, I was invited by the manager to contact their Guest Relations Division by phone. In speaking to the representative, they seemed very concerned and receptive - particularly in that this appears to be a somewhat recent development and departure from this store’s past reputation and performance for Celiac/Gluten-Sensitive individuals. Based on that conversation, I am hopefully optimistic that things could once again improve to where they were. However, only time - and other brave souls willing to go here and try them out again – will tell whether or not this Red Robin store is able to once again earn a trustworthy reputation within the Celiac/Gluten-Sensitive community here in Green Bay.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We can no longer consider this RR location trustworthy. At least for now, it would be best to presume that this location is now no longer Celiac friendly.
After literally years of great and careful care in preparing and delivering the orders for those in our party who are Celiac, in the last two months-four visits have resulted in 4 negative gluten reactions: 1 minor & 3 major. In each case, it was clearly stated to the waitstaff that our person was not simply no gluten preferenced – but were medically Celiac sensitive.
We believe that this was not simply some minor overlooks, but significant cross-contamination incidents. Our person utilizes an enzyme as a precautionary measure ( GluteGuard) that has been very affective in lowering or staying off reactions for small incidental cases of gluten ingestion. Even with using this, we had negative reactions 4 times in 4 visits.

Our server was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease requirements and the restaurant’s processes and options. She marked the ticket for celiac disease and knew which items I could and could not have. The food came out with a C marker. I had the smoke and pepper burger on a GF bun and fries. Fries are done in a dedicated fryer. I would recommend and felt safe eating here.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

Allergen fries are great, buns are wonderful. This is a chain restaurant that fully understands celiac disease.

Gf menu (iPad) was not the most user friendly, but there were several GF options. If you get fries, reccomend getting a sauce for dipping becsuse the ketchup bottle on the table seems like a cc risk.

Great burgers and separate fryer for fries!
GF bun was delicious.
Best GF bun I've had, sometimes I get my burger wrapped in lettuce instead. The fries are supposed to be in their own frier, but my GF friend has issues when she eats them so I usually don't eat them. Spinach and artichoke dip appetizer can be eaten with their Yukon chips, very good.
staff was very helpful! I got my burger on a gluten free bun. This was our first time here and we will be back!!

Fairly good options. The gluten free buns are very good! Watch out for the fries though! They are gluten free but share the same fried as non gluten free items
Best gluten free burger and fries in GB! Knowledgable and great service
The waitress was very knowledgable. I had an excellent salad and wonderful service. My new favorite restaurant.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
