The wait staff appears to be completely untrained. When I asked what could be prepared gluten free, the waitress asked the host who asked the bar tender who said she should check their website. After all that when the food came out there was no “gluten free” notation on the fried pickles. I had been informed that they could be made gf. When I asked, the waitress looked completely blank, then asked another member of the wait staff - who whipped out his phone to check. As a group consensus they decided that the fried pickles were not gf - without checking with the manager or kitchen. Then it took another 15 minutes to get a manager to take it off the bill. This location has no clue. Definitely not safe.

This place never disappoints! The staff is knowledgeable and they will bring out an iPad for guests to use to view the allergens. Their fries are always delicious and gluten-free and are fried in a dedicated fryer. We’ve always had an excellent experience and have never gotten sick from gluten contamination. Plus, there are lots of menu options. We love this place!!

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)
They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.
None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)
