Red Robin

Red Robin is our go to in Wilmington. They are knowledgeable and clearly mark our order for allergy. They have separate prep space and fryer for the fries. They recently said they couldn't guarantee the bacon was gf. Sad, but really happy they were looking out for that. GF buns are available for kids too. Never had any issue there and have eaten there for many years.

Awesome place we eat there at least once a month. I have never been glutened here Love the gluten free bun and bottomless fries. Awesome hamburgers and most all can be altered to make it gluten-free

Staff very good and I always speak to a manager when calling in an order. The best burger and gluten free bun for this lady with celiac and the fries are so good extra crispy. My favorite burger!!!!

Great overall experience. Requested allergen menu and was given tablet to search for options. Hostess and Server were kind, friendly and concerned for our safety. We enjoyed the vegan veggie burger on gluten free bun (gf/df) and freckled lemonade. Most importantly, we did not experience any symptoms.

Food was gluten free but that place is a hot mess! Can't even make a proper mojito & sweet potato fries & gluten bun were cold & to add insult to injury I was charged extra for both cold items! I won't go back again...wouldn't recommend this place at all..pricey & not worth it!

Super celiac friendly.. Manager came out to verify dedicated fryer. Food server reported all food was prepared seperately. Both my celiac girls had burgers and fries and loved it . No one got sick either!!! :)

Had lunch there yesterday and server was so confused about whether our fries were gf or not. Said she'd get others - obviously she was wrong. Having a horrid gluten attack. Very upset.

They really understand GF. The waitress brought out my fries and suddenly second guessed if they were gf and ran them back to be remade. She apologized many times for the wait. I'm happy to wait for safe fries! It felt like she went above usual restaurant experience to ensure our safe meal.

Gluten free bread for the burgers but I'd rather visit a local establishment. Food was pretty bland

The waiter was very knowledgeable with making sure my son who has celiac that his meal was as "clean" as possible. Had his fries cooked in a designated fryer. This red robin called it their "allergy" fryer, only fries are cooked in it. Wrote on our ticket that the cook preparing his meal to please switch to a fresh pair of gloves. They also delivered his meal separately. I was very pleased with their treatment. My son had no reaction. He had cheeseburger w/ GF bun & fries.

My kid has wheat sensitivities and reacted after having a gf burger from there. The waitress also spilled a beer on us and ruined his book. No one offered to replace it or even comp his food. I don't recommend to anyone with gluten sensitivities.

It's so great to have a burger on a bun! Very GF friendly.

Try the lettuce wrap instead of the bun!! You'll be even more in love with your burger. They do it right by using full wedges if lettuce and it is surprisingly incredible! Waitstaff is very attentive, friendly, genuine, and well trained to help with food allergies if all types.

Red Robin is solid for a chain though not spectacular. But waitstaff very attentive and careful. My daughter with celiac had a burger and sweet potato fries and had no problems. My other daughter with nut and seed allergies was fine too. We're going back for desserts because the servings were too big to fit in any more food.

Great service! The best gf friendly chain restaurant I have experienced. Every time my family goes there it feels very safe to eat there. Means a lot to people with gluten issues. They're food is excellent!

This restaurant goes above and beyond! I am gluten, dairy, and soy free and they were super accommodating!

The staff is amazing! Our first visit was an amazing dinning out experience for my daughter. Red Robin in Mayfair could not have done enough for her when we told the waitress she gets very sick from gluten..thanks for setting the bar high Red Robin..

they have udi's g free buns! so delicious. you can actually go out now & have a great burger complete w/ bun & fries! their special fry seasoning is now g free also! amazing! eat here all the time & have never gotten sick :)

Limited selection but a terrific burger on the best GF bun EVER! Soft and delish! GF fries a rare treat! Hope all Ted Robins are as accommodating and knowledgeable . A great experience!

Great, staff is very conscientious, food is good.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
