I ordered a GF corned beef hash and eggs and was served GLUTEN bread and a gluten heart shaped biscuit heart on top. I only have a severe reaction if I actually eat gluten so I removed the biscuit and ate the bread. I had a severe migraine and was sick for 8+ hours. I called to verify that the bread was in fact gluten and they told me they served canyon bake house GF bread which is square shaped and I’ve had before. I did not in fact get that bread and verified that I was gluten they served me. The manager actually told me to go “roll around in mud,” that they didn’t give me gluten because he didn’t see it happen and that I was wrong. I would never eat here again.

I’m a fairly newly diagnosed Celiac and this is the FIRST restaurant I have ever found that has almost their entire menu with gluten-free options!! I travel all over the place (USA and international) and happened to come across this place during a cross country move! Not only do they have gluten-free options, but when I ordered, the staff asked if I was just “gluten intolerant” or “celiac”. Normally people barely even know what either one is and certainly not the difference!! I had a gluten-free breakfast sandwich and it was AMAZING!! Their menu includes both gluten-free and vegan options including breakfast items, pancakes, waffles, burgers, sandwiches, and occasionally gluten-free desserts! To be able to order all these options at one place as a celiac, it’s the best meal I’ve had out in months!!!
