Safe experience, no reactions!
The waiter shared which sections of the menu were safe for me. Anything “crispy” went in the shared fryer. I got some nice rice paper rolls.
The rest of my party waited very long for their food. Very busy place at dinner time.

Amazing "beef jerky" summer roles, Mizuna salad w/ sesame, duck in red pepper curry. Items with gluten marked on menu. Waiter needed a little prompting about cross contamination, I had to ask about fryer (shared), but then he was very careful. Did not have any reaction. This place is busy, even on a weeknight, and does not accept reservations, so expect to wait for a table and don't plan to linger. However, the staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive!

Absolutely fabulous! Patrick, our waiter, really knew the menu & was super clear that they do NOT have a dedicated fryer, so he guided me to the tastiest items that were legit GF... even double-checked with the kitchen on an item he was unsure about. So we started with a congee amuse bouche (w/o the fried shallots), then moved to butternut squash fresh spring rolls with a pineapple fish sauce, followed by the mizuna (which was really baby arugula) salad with avocado, sesame seeds, & yuzu dressing with a zippy kick at the end… the highlight was the lobster with tamari butter—all of it was layered with complex flavors, really committal, & the work of a truly creative chef, kitchen, & wait stuff… That the restaurant itself is so unpretentious makes for a sublime dining experience! Did not feel ill after & when the check came every item was marked ‘celiac / gluten allergy’.

Excellent food, most of the menu is gluten free (tamari). Shared fryer, but that doesn’t limit the menu very much.

Went here for dinner while on vacation. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about gluten. Was told almost everything was GF, and that they use GF soy sauce and the kitchen pre-preps a lot of the dishes which helps avoid cross-contact during dinner service. Server double checked something with the kitchen for me when she wasn’t sure. Ended up getting shrimp roll and pork skewers to eat, both were super delicious. Overall really great place.

Celiac friendly- HOWEVER the gluten free marked items on the menu are only indicative of ingredients, not cc, and are not representative of what is safe for celiac clients. I called to verify what was safe for someone very sensitive to gluten and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. A large portion of the menu can be made safe for celiac. The fryer is not separate from gluten items, and many of the entrees are deep fried (so not safe). I marked my online order as celiac/severe gluten allergy and didn’t get sick. Celiac friendly is the salads, fresh rolls (except tempura roll), okra, sweet potato noodle, and prawns. I wish they would have marked my items gluten free on the takeout boxes, but otherwise am happy!

Staff knew immediately what was gluten free (only 2 items were not).
I ordered the lemongrass pork. It was very delicious, with well-balanced flavors. I do wish there was more protein to go with the noodles but overall a fantastic dish. It was also a nice hefty portion.
Took forever to get a seat.

Great staff. Incredible food and cocktails. No dedicated fryer so watch what you order. No reservations but worth the wait.
