The staff is very knowledgeable! Make sure you tell them it needs to be GF, they bring out the menu, make sure everyone changes gloves, awesome experience!

Love love love Rudy's! If you have a hankering for some smoked meats...go to Rudy's! I have celiac disease and have never had an issue. We even used them to cater our Christmas party. Great prices and excellent food!

They offer awesome GF smoked meats and their BBQ sauce is GF. Also Big Baked Potatoes and breakfast bowl options

I enjoyed this, I’m vegetarian so it’s hard to say. However I was advised the majority of the meat is gluten free. They will do clean chopping boards, knives and gloves if needed. I personally had a baked potato with coleslaw, I also tried the potato salad. It was delicious

Wasn’t terribly hungry so just requested two slices of the turkey breast and a small container of their coleslaw, both were indicated as gluten free. I did not feel good the next day, mild symptoms of being glutened. I believe there was some cross-contamination.

Rudy’s now has gluten free buns for their bbq sandwiches! They are very good and don’t fall apart which is a plus. All of their bbq sauces are also certified gf
