Phenomenal. Majority of menu was gluten free and they said they could try to adapt items if possible. Great staff, beautiful view (try to book table for sunset). Easily the best meal we had while in Clearwater. Very reasonable price too. $146 for three people with entrees and desert

We are staying at the Opal Sands and had dinner at Sea gini last night, it was amazing! So glad we decided to get reservations! I have celiac and Ethan was very helpful in helping me find an entree, they actually made a Alfredo pasta that wasn't even on the menu! It was amazing! My hubby had the rigatoni bolognese and said it was great! We asked about the desserts and Ethan recommended a few. I went with the peach creme brulee and my hubby got the strawberry cheesecake. They were both delicious! Thank you Ethan and Seagini for an amazing meal!!

I have celiac and am symptomatic. I ate here for dinner twice. The waiters are very accommodating and will make sure your meal is gluten-free. Even with my many questions, they still were so nice and wanted me to enjoy my meal. I asked about each item I was ordering. The food and drinks I got for both nights: the smoky old fashioned (I asked about additives in the smoke flavor), the Chianti Classico, I got the burrata caprese (GF option just comes with tomatoes and mozzarella), opal salad, tuna crudo, filet mignon with mashed potatoes, short rib with mashed potatoes, crème brûlée, gelato, and limoncello. The waiter brought over the bottle cause I wanted to make sure it was GF due to possible additives. The kind they used is called Villa Massa, and the bottle was labeled gluten-free. They have GF items labeled on the menu. They are either already gluten free, or can be made gluten free. The Caesar salad has GF next to it, but there is a flour thickener in the dressing. Not sure why it’s labeled GF then.
This place is a lot of money but if you have it it is truly worth it. The waiters and kitchen are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I had 0 symptoms. I was elated that I can enjoy dinner and drinks without worry. The food and service is exceptional.

Delicious food! I got the burrata salad and the risotto was modified with shrimp for me as I didn’t like the fish listed. They were very accommodating for dinner and to my requests. I also had the most delicious gelato, which I know is a boring gluten free dessert to some but it was so good.
We went back for breakfast and it was highly disappointing. I was delivered a meal with regular bread and we had to question whether it was gluten free or not. I would have gotten sick if I didn’t ask the waitress. I do not suggest going there for breakfast. They dinner service was much more attentive and careful.

We had a wonderful waiter named Brian who was very accommodating! My very sensitive Celiac daughter loved the GF pasta (ate every bite), which she had with butter sauce and a fresh block of Parmesan cheese. All of the meals were delicious.

Delicious food and excellent gluten free. Have a pretty broad selection of gluten free breakfast, lunch and dinner options. White tablecloth place overlooking the water though half of it is also a bar with tvs (but same food). Staff are lovely. Highly recommend it. My daughter has celiac and is highly sensitive to gluten and had no issues in 8 or 9 meals here over vacation.

Ate at the sandbar twice. Chips are gf, I don’t believe they make them there. Wait staff very informed and helpful. Drinks overpriced and tasteless. Food was great and beautiful sunsets.

Great menu to choose from. Lots of gluten free options. Have been there twice as celiacs and the safety level is great, not to mention that the food is awesome. Would recommend to all people looking to eat gluten free.

Such an amazing restaurant. Since arriving everyone was very accommodating and my server made sure to tell the chef to clear the area when preparing my food. I am celiac and did not get sick. We plan on having breakfast before we leave here as well.

We had a great experience here. Good protocols in place to avoid cross contamination. Server was knowledgeable. Beautiful setting. We had 2 different kinds of pizza and chocolate crème brûlée. My kids are very sensitive celiac and had no issues and food was delicious!

I ordered fish and risotto. Was told it would be cooked and in separate pans. I own a Nina Sensor (to test for gluten) and it came back gluten found, so unfortunately I did not eat the dinner. Not safe to me

Amazing! Highly recommend. The food is fantastic. It is clear the chef and kitchen staff care about the flavor and quality of their food, including the gluten free options. So much of the menu is naturally gluten free! The pizza crust was definitely one of the better ones I have ever had, and the scallops and crab avocado were on point! I would say Sea Guini is a must go on Clearwater Beach!

My husband and I ate here last week for our anniversary. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what options were GF. They even brought out warm GF bread an olive oil.

Very impressed by experience. Wait staff is well trained in cross contamination protocols and was able to answer lots of questions about meal prep practices. My waiter even suggested taking the candied walnuts off my salad since they didn’t know where they sourced them and couldn’t guarantee safety.
One note of caution, the pizzas are made in the same oven (on separate liner) so depending on sensitivity you may want to avoid those. There’s still plenty to choose from on the menu anyways!

Very limited menu due to Covid but the rigatoni Bolognese was very good! Kind wait-staff assured me they serve gluten free food all the time and take precautions. Beautiful restaurant.

We were so impressed with the amount of GF choices on the menu. Amazed by the knowledge of the staff. Costas was our waiter. He was soo friendly and professional. The ambience of lighting, bubble wall, chandeliers, crystal columns was beautiful. My husband had his birthday when we were there and the complimentary dessert he brought us was aesthetically pleasing and delicious. We had Apps: GF bruschetta, GF crab and avocado Entrees: GF margarita pizza, GF pan seared local snapper, GF rigatoni bolognese, GF penne alla vodka. All of it was tasty. The GF pasta was too done and a tid mushy but still tasty. The snapper and pizzas were amazingly tasty. The appetizers were the best part of the meal.

Servers know what they are talking about! Super easy to make a pasta dish gf and sub other items for additional preferences or restrictions. Delicious food and a beautiful new setting!
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! I informed the server of my severe gluten reactions and she assured me that they are very careful. I ordered a gf pizza. A different employee brought my pizza and confirmed that it was what I ordered and confirmed it was gf. I was one slice in and the server comes over with a panicked look and informed me that they had given me the wrong pizza that it was in fact a full gluten pizza. Of course the damage was done at that point. The director of food and beverage Justin Burk, was supposed to get ahold of us the next day but after not hearing from him for almost 48 hours my husband went directly back to the restaurant and talked to him. They would not comp anything but a free meal(which is ridiculous given the situation). They would not comp the missed excursions we had booked and not to mention just the time missed being stuck in a hotel for days on our 20th anniversary trip we had saved up all year for. It’s just a disgraceful place with very unsafe gluten free practices. They do NOT deserve your business.
Overall this is one of my favorite restaurants in Clearwater. They have gluten free bread served with butter and hummus (free) and many gluten free options, though it should be mentioned this is a high scale restaurant found in an expensive resort. They do have cheaper pizza options for $14 and their cheesecake was delicious. Highly recommend for special occasions

Really great experience our sever Brendan was really knowledgeable about what I could eat. Said they take allergies very seriously by writing down the order on allergy cards and the manager handles it personally. They have gluten free bread which is amazing and the filet was one of the best I’ve had. A little pricy but definitely worth going to. Next time I’m excited to try one of the GF pizzas I’ve heard so much about. Loved the atmosphere as well. You HAVE to try this place.

Very good! GF clearly marked on the menu and they make special accommodations for us. We had pizza as an appetizer and then the lobster with pasta (I can’t think of the name). They also brought warm GF bread and butter and hummus as an appetizer ! YUM

The amount of gf items on the menu is amazing. All of the staff knows the gf options extremely well. The pizzza all gf and cooked in a pizza oven. They make their own dough. My husband and I where here for a weekend and tried so many gf dishes. They were all absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant! If you want a large selection of gf items and five star food this is the place!

As a local, I can say this is hands down one of the best gluten free options anywhere. Amazing food, over half of the items are available GF, even GF bread before your meal. Amazing GF pizza with homemade dough. Knowledgable staff as well. Truly a place where you feel welcome and satisfied as a gluten intolerant person.
One of the finest dinners I've had. Excellent chef, menu and highly trained staff. Had Crab and avocado appetizer with lunch. Simply excellent. Had the signature dinner dish pan seared Hogfish. 1st time I tried hogfish after google searching it. Spectacular. White table cloths but not pretentious. Wife and I loved it so much we went back for breakfast the next day before checking out. The opal skillet was by far the best prepared breakfast ever. Eggs, Bacon, potatoes, chicken sausage in one spectacular bowl.
