Pretty good! You must emphasize no bread. Chicken, baked beans, salad- no reaction for celiac

We came here based on great reviews from this app and I was super disappointed. I did not get sick, however the quality of service and food was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to get our food while there were 4 other people in the entire restaurant. The “gluten sensitive” menu is extremely limited to about 5 items - I ordered the ribs and they were dry and tasteless. I truly never leave bad reviews but if you’re looking for good GF BBQ, this isn’t the place for you

Great GF BBQ menu! My 12 year old claimed their ribs “the best ribs I’ve ever had”. Service was very knowledgeable and served individually packed bbq sauces with the meal so as not to cross contaminate. Were careful with the sides served as well. Our sides arrived with our meal in covered dishes versus the non gf people at our table whose were not separated nor covered. Food and service was great! Would definitely go back.

Friendly staff, delicious food. Waitress had never had a celiac order before but the kitchen knew what to do. Second time here and the cashier assured me my food would be made separate from the glutens and even came to our table to check on me several times. So friendly, so wonderful.

Awesome gluten free selection and amazing food! Would recommend it!

Shame's GF menu items were clearly marked as GF. Although I had a lot of concern, I had no reaction. This is great barbeque and an easy gluten free option.

The bbq was really good, I wasn’t a fan of the Cole slaw but I can be a Cole slaw snob. All of the workers took care with my gluten sensitive mea to keep it separate and to limits as much cross contamination as possible. The server even brought mine out separate from my husband’s.

Generally, the service is very good. It is however a low-tier family family-oriented restaurant (reasonable prices, good portions, above fast-food, but not mid or fine dining) as such it experiences turnover in staff.
Training is in place, but I have found slipups, like part of a french fry buried in a pork plate. Be certain to remind the front of house that it needs to be gluten-free and ask them if they know what that means.

This place understands cross contamination and they have a gf menu. When you order ask them to clean the grill and let them know you are ordering from the gluten sensitive menu.
This is a franchise so the protocol should be the same across restaurants.

Was given a gluten-free menu. Ordered making sure both people understood. Sat down was brought out Texas toast on my ribs. Then was told they would remove the bread. Not safe at all!
