Had a fantastic meal here on a skiing trip! We got the burrata with gf flatbread and really good cacio e Pepe bucatini. The waitress reassured me that they had been rated best for gluten free in the Berkshires and that they have a separate gf area in the kitchen. Would return!

Very knowledgeable wait staff. Separate prep area. GF items noted on menu. I had the El Clasico (pepperoni) flatbread pizza with gf cauliflower crust. It was so good! Nice little restaurant. I'll definitely be going back.

Most of the menu is automatically or very easily GF! They also have DF cheese for flatbreads that is apparently really good (didn’t try it myself). Separate prep areas in the kitchen and ovens. And they use separate machine parts to make GF homemade pasta. Food was really good!

Great hidden gem! Tiny, but what a great menu. Many GF offerings, staff very knowledgeable. I have been GF for 18 years, and felt really comfortable with the attention to detail to avoid cross contamination.

This place was fantastic! Most of the food was or could be made gluten free, and it was excellent. The flatbread pizza was delicious and the gf bread itself was amazing. We left very full and very happy.

This was a wonderful dining experience! Almost all of the menu can be made gluten free, and they take very careful precautions. The chefs wife has a peanut allergy, so he is extremely conscious of taking cross contamination precautions. The food is so delicious too!! We ordered had the meatball appetizer, the salmon with risotto, and the gf bucatini with pesto and spicy fennel sausage. Everything was great and safe, and the service was wonderful! Will definitely be returning!

We found this restaurant on the Find Me Gluten Free app and it was a very special experience. My wife is always very anxious about trying new restaurants as many of them may advertise Gluten Free items but they cross contaminate the food. Sibaritas put her at ease immediatelly!! First of all, this is a small family run business that has that old-world feel with a hint of fine dining. It is located in a converted 2 story home that is very comfortable and the aroma of the food being prepared is amazing!! As soon as we came in and chose the little table in the corner by the kitchen the waiter was pouring fresh chilled water from a classic style bottle and then left the remainder with us. The waitress (Gina) was right there to answer any initial questions. My wife had many and Gina was very knowledgeable and assured her that they are very careful with cross contamination. This establishment makes its own pasta and they have a separate set of "blades" and working parts for the machine that are used just for the gluten free pasta. They use a gluten free cauliflower flour and it is remarkable. We started with the "fried" calamari appetizer made with this flour and it was so good I would never know that it was gluten free. Gina showed my wife everything on the menu should could have and explained to her about the flour and pasta and that they will use separate gluten free dedicated pans to cook her meal. I could go on and on about the food and how delicious and satisfying everything about this place was, but you really have to experience it for yourself. I don't have any allergies, but appreciate the carefulness that the owner takes in ensuring those that do are well cared for and have a variety of options available. A final note: The food is presented in a very professional manner and I wish I wouldn't have been so hungry or I would have included pictures. If you go, please remember to take pictures of the food and post. It speaks for itself

Had the bucatini with tomtato basil sauce with shrimp. Burrata was amazing as an appetizer. Went back the next day for caprese flatbread because dinner was so good. We were in town for a yearly dance competiton and look forward to coming back again next year with more GF friends. Staff was so accomadating. We didn't have reservations, but who would think it would be so warm in November, so we ate outside.
