I loved the food. We got the Cajun shrimp and eggs and the banana bread French toast. I had no problems! Favorite brunch place in park city!

Lots of gf options clearly marked and staff was knowledgeable when going through what would be “safest”. Honestly was hard to decide but landed on the banana bread french toast (one of the best things I’ve ever had) and shrimp eggs benedict. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and did not get sick. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone - can’t wait to come back.

Nice place with GF options. My daughter had the fried chicken as they had a dedicated fryer. It was great. Pricey place but very nice.

The food is amazing as are the views! Great for those of us who are GF . Loved our waiter Kyle! Live music was great too! Would go back in a minute! Had the GF organic buttermilk fried chicken! So good!

I would really like to give this restaurant five stars, they have a great selection of gluten free entrees and are very knowledgeable about Celiac disease with a great atmosphere. However, my 13 year old son with celiac got very sick after eating dinner here. I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with the manager who was very understanding and professional but was unable to pinpoint why he got sick. We ordered three of the pre-set meals, fried chicken, salmon, and steak, with brussel sprouts, meatballs, salad, and GF brownies with ice cream. All the food was excellent and we were so excited to have fried chicken and brownies. Unfortunately due to his characteristic symptoms after exposure, we have no doubt something here made him very sick.

Delicious food!! Almost entire menu gluten free or has a marked gluten free option. Servers were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and kitchen appears to take all precautions necessary. Highly recommend the wild mushroom dish that they are known for - it was so good. Depending on what season you go in, you might want reservations.

Silver Star is one of the few places in Park City that consistently offers lots of GF options. They have FRIED chicken that is gluten free, as well as a dedicated fryer for fries AND gluten free dessert offerings. The food is always delicious and the staff is very attentive and sensitive to our 2 Celiac family members.

Chef, owners, and staff are all very knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac disease. Have eaten there many times with no issues. And the food is delicious!
