I could not believe the GF bread was actually GF. It was AMAZING!!!!! They also have GF veggie balls. 😊.

Went here twice during a recent trip to Denver and recommend this as a very legitimate option for a quick [relatively] cheap GF meal.

They know their ingredients, and the GF bread looks and tastes so much like 'real' bread that even on my second visit I almost brought my sandwich back to the counter to make sure it was GF. Had a Havana sandwich and a salad, and both were good.

So unhealthy there were literally potato chips on my meatball sandwich, but the first meatball sandwich I have eaten in almost a decade did not disappoint. If their sandwiches can stand up to ten years of fantasizing, it's probably worth a try. So, if you aren't watching your figure or are just being bad, this is your place. Symptom-free afterward, too.

All of the sauces are gluten free and anything on the menu can be as well. Gluten free pasta is really good! I was excited to be eating pasta for the first time in a year!

Most things on the menu are under $10-15, so it's a great place for anyone eating out on a budget. They have allergen menus for additional allergies, and have always been very accommodating. Great meatballs!!

It's great to have a quick, inexpensive, and safe GF place that provides so many options! They just expanded the menu, too. The food is tasty and the staff are friendly and well informed about avoiding cross contamination. If you're not sure about salmon meatballs, they really are worth a try!

OMG... just, ...wow! If I lived in Denver, every employee at this place would know me on a first name basis. I would move to be closer to this restaurant. seriously. You need to go here asap.

my best meal in Denver! the Philly chicken hoagie was delicious, as was the Mac and cheese, and the kale. the staff was attentive and delightful. I wish I had more time in Denver just so I could go back for another meal.

almost everything on their menu is gluten free including all the meatballs and sauces and they have really great gluten free pasta and bread. the guys that run it are incredibly conscientious of gluten intolerance and are just nice guys all around. one of my favorite places to get a quick bite, hands down.
