    Fantastic gluten free breakfast!! Well worth the trip to the airport. The triple double tastes even better than it looks.

    We had the fish and chips - GF with dedicated fryer. I think they were the best I have ever had; GF or not. You would never know they were GF. Not oily either. Gets my highest recommendation.

    The food here is Amazing!! The owner is very knowledgable and even came out & talked with me. I really appreciate having multiple GF options and really delicious food, especially while traveling.

    the owner is very knowledgeable about gluten free foods and how to prepare them. Food was excellent. This is one of the better restaurants in west Yellowstone.

    GF Fish & Chips that are Celiac safe & taste great too! So good, we ate here twice while vacationing in West Yellowstone; even my non-GF husband loved the fish & chips too!

    Delicious food! The owner was very knowledgable and checked in with us multiple times. I am an extremely sensitive celiac and 2 of my family members are also celiac and we didn't have a problem there at all!! The restaurant is located in an odd location in west Yellowstone (at the airport) but it's definitely worth going to even if you didn't fly in!

    Incredible GF fish & chips! Unbelievably good. The owner's girlfriend is Celiac (the GF is GF, ha!). Very friendly, local place. There were plenty of other GF options on the menu too for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Definitely worth the trip!

    Owner/Chef James was extremely knowledgeable, came out to our table numerous times to check on us. We had the rib eye steak & Fish n Chips.....they were both excellent!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with gluten intolerance/ Celiac!! And despite other patrons comments about it not being a kid friendly establishment, I strongly disagree, we had a 9 & 4 yr. old with no problems!! Very Family Friendly!!

    Great knowledge of food allergies/gluten intolerance. Had a wonderful dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free lunch with many options. Will come again!

    Located at the tiny West Yellowstone airport. The owner/chef's girlfriend has celiac disease and multiple food allergies/intolerances, so he knows his stuff when it comes to cross contamination and modifying foods. He has a dedicated GF waffle iron and grill. He made a GF pancake for my daughter that had ears, chocolate chip eyes, and an orange wedge mouth :) The non-GF food was very good. One caution for those with young kids, the chef is a nice guy, but doesn't seem to enjoy kids or be very understanding/okay with the natural chaos that comes with the territory if young kids. He didn't say anything to us, but how he felt about our rowdy 2 and 4 year old was sometimes visible on his face (had been in a car for a few hrs before we stopped to eat here). Particularily when my 4 year old decided to smear rain water on the outside of his glass window. Totally not cool that my kid did that, but any parent or person who gets kids would kind of roll with it and probably laugh it off. The look on this guy's face was mixture if disgust and disbelief, kind of how you might react if you were witnessing a teenager doing the same thing. Needless to say, I had my son wipe the window down and apologize. Anyway, it is totally this guy's right to not be a kid-person, but just thought I would warn those traveling with kids. The food is great, and the way the chef accommodates people who are GF or have other food allergies is great and so appreciated.

    James made the dining experience very pleasant. The fish and chips were great. The Smokejumper needs more advertising so visitors will know it's there.

    James is a great host and chef. Great knowledge on GF requirements. He has worked to make his GF options taste great also. You need to go on Fridays for the fish fry. Just don't tell your non-GF friends that it is all GF.

    Horrible experience! do not go unless you want to hear someone cussing your four year old daughter out for looking thru the glass front door!!!! rudest people i have EVER encountered!!!!!!!

    This was an amazing restaurant! The owner James really knows how to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen. He said a dedicated gluten-free menu is in the works, but he has extensive gluten-free options now. We went there on vacation - if this restaurant was local we would eat there multiple times per week!!

    At the time of our visit 6/23/12 they did not have a separate gluten-free menu, but he was hoping to create one soon. We went for breakfast and made my son an amazing gluten-free waffle and he had gluten-free bagels. The owner, James, mentioned that if we wanted to come back for dinner he would whip up gluten-free fish and chips. We came back after being in Yellowstone for the day and ordered these and it was better than any regular fish and chips I have ever eaten! My son had no reactions and he is very sensitive to cross-contamination and he felt fine after both meals. The owner mentioned that his girlfriend has Celiac and knows how sensitive and how bad the effects can be so he was cautious and aware! Wish we were closer to go back!
