Worth. The. Wait. Food is made FRESH. The portions are more than generous. My girls and I each had fish n chips - cod fillet and batter were perfect. We waited for onion rings (which are not usually ever an option for GF in other places) … they were such a treat. My husband had Philly on sourdough and said it was 👌🏽. Nice atmosphere away from the bustle. It was a great ending to a full day at Yellowstone. We are so grateful for people who make good food with care.

Very knowledgeable about those of us who eat gluten free… In fact, most menu items can be made GF! They make separate breading mixes and have a dedicated fryer. The fish and chips were light and crispy on the outside and delightfully moist and flaky on the inside!! My husband enjoyed the bison burger, and thought it was delicious, too! Yes, it took a bit of time to prepare, but everything is made fresh and well worth the wait! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! We will definitely go back again!

Amazing gluten free options, takes a little while but that’s cause it’s fresh. Bought the chicken tenderloins right before we ate them! My family had the lobster roll and fish and chips and said both were amazing as well!

I try hard to put the whole order out fresh. Thanks for your patience while we get our legs under us in the new mobile venue!

We approached the food truck at 5:01. The sign said, “ be back 5-8.” We stood around for a few minutes and a man walked up, sat at a nearby picnic table and began writing on a menu board. After being ignored for a few minutes, I approached him and asked if they were open. He curtly replied, “yeah that’s what the sign says.” Sounding annoyed he also said, “I got a take out order that I have to fix before yours. “ Still no direction as to what I should do… so I stood by the window and waited… and waited. A guy walked up in between and he spoke to him briefly. At around 5:20, he finally spoke to me again and asked what I wanted. I ordered, paid and he walked away curtly. Still no direction as to when my food would be ready or how I should get it (ie: wait here or we will bring it out in a few…). At 5:45 we got our food. The gf burger was amazing according to my son. I ordered the gf fried fish, which is the only reason I stood their for that long in the first place and took the rudeness. The reviews were so complimentary and gf fried fish is so rare. So I kept hoping it would be worth it. The gal who came out and delivered our food was friendly. And later the guy came back and made an effort to acknowledge the long wait by saying, “thanks for your patience.” Which I appreciated. However, the fish was undercooked in the middle which kinda grossed me out, and it lacked flavor. I did my best to eat it because I was hungry! Needless to say, it was disappointing.

Also two people came up and got their food before we got ours. (Both arrived and appeared to order after us.) Maybe one of them was the order he referred to that had been called in, but who knows. It was a bit of injury added to insult. Not a great first impression.

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and had the best Celiac-safe waffle I’ve ever had. The corned beef hash was lovely too, and our server confirmed the kitchen used all dedicated GF appliances and would clean the flat top before making the corned beef hash. Highly recommend if you’re in the West Yellowstone area!

My wife and I have stopped twice this month. Recently gf, this cafe is the best place to eat for us and has become a mandatory stop. The owner and his wife are great for advice. We enjoyed fish and chips, grilled chicken sandwich, and a hamburger.

This place has the best gf fish n chips I’ve ever had! The owner was very knowledgeable due to he and his wives dietary restrictions. He voluntarily showed me the dedicated gf part of the kitchen. They have many safe options to choose from. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is located at the Yellowstone airport but don’t be fooled by their location. It was a breath of fresh air and we will definitely be coming back here again soon!

We had a great experience here! We went for Sunday brunch and I got pancakes, bacon, and hashbrowns. Gluten free information is on the paper menu and written around the restaurant. I don’t even have words for this place. INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend (who is not GF) and I were stunned. The waffle was perfection. The sandwich was perfection. They had incredible hot sauce recommendations and a great local GF beer. This needs to be your go to place if you are celiac, gluten intolerant, or have any other food allergies. The owner is super knowledgeable and takes pride in the safe preparation and flavors of his creations. I had the jalapeno cheeseburger on a fantastic gluten free roll with fries, it was arguably one the best GFree burgers/meals I've ever had.

Best GF option in town. Completely focused on serving GF options and only dedicated fryer we’ve found in town. Pancakes, waffles, burritos, bread, etc. Can accommodate anything on the menu to be GF. Located outside the airport, so don’t let the location fool you to think it’s only for those flying out. Not the fastest service, but the best GF food we’ve found thus far here in West Yellowstone.

This place was great!! We went for Friday dinner, then brunch the following day. We had gluten free chicken tenders and fish and chips for dinner and gluten free pancakes and waffles for brunch. It was all delicious!! James, the owner, showed me their fryers and said he doesn’t have any wheat flour in the entire building. The waiter for brunch said that James wanted to give the grill a thorough cleaning before cooking my food so it might take a little extra time for our food to come out. Would highly recommend this place!!

If I was able to give 6 stars I would! This is a privately owned restaurant at the airport. The owners wife has Celiac and they do everything right; separate appliances, cross contact prevention, dedicated fryer...etc. Most items can be made gf, including fish & chips, chicken tenders, and all sandwiches / burgers with gf bread. If you have a party 6 or larger, please call ahead. It is a very small place with limited hours. The owner does everything himself. Don't worry, you will not be disappointed with the food or service at all! Sometimes you have to wait for quality, especially with Celiac kiddos. This is the only place in and around West Yellowstone that I have felt comfortable enough to allow my girls to eat at. A definite must have if you are in the area! They also do breakfast on the weekends!

Must go! Dedicated GF kitchen area with dedicated fryer. Waiter had celiac and took extra care with my plate. They make their own bread including GF beer batter. Had the fish and chips.... yum! Connected to the airport but still only 2 minutes out of town.

Completely understands what celiac disease is and what it means. Understands cross contamination and is completely safe with it. Homemade gluten free batter and bread for waffles, pancakes, fish and chips, chicken tenders etc. as well as gluten free fries. One of my new favorite restaurants - wish I lived closer year round.

Great comfort food all safely gluten free! We had chicken tenders and an order of fish and chips. The fries are gf so long as you specify gf. Almost everything on the menu can be gluten free! Worth the drive to have a safe, tasty GF meal! Milkshakes were also delicious.
