Such an amazing place, definitely one of the best brunch spots in Las Vegas. I got the sweet potato bacon smash and GF pancake flight (OMG French toast, blueberry, and strawberry). The server asked if it was preference or allergy (for cross contamination). Both were delicious and worth ordering again. The GF flight was slightly dry, but I am accustomed to regular pancakes/breads. My partner for the shrimp and grits, sooo good. The ambiance and staff are phenomenal as well.

If you get a good server, then you have it made here. I have many items on the menu and it has all been fantastic. There are many options, including pancakes and toast for gf. It is usually very busy on the weekends. I suggest going at a slower time. I have had them make mistakes before so you must be clear when you’re ordering that you are celiac or allergic to gluten. With that being said, the mistakes have always been taken care of right away. I have never been sick from eating here. Just make sure you feel your server is knowledgable and aware of what goes on the kitchen. You will be able to tell. Always if you question safety ask for the manager. They are great there.

Been here 3 times now, first time I had the gluten free pancake flight. It was delicious, next 2 times the spuds deluxe. My favorite. I am a very sensitive celiac and have had no reactions.

My waiter did a great job explaining what menu items could be made gluten free and I ordered the bravocado toast on gluten free bread and it was delicious! In the online menu, allergens are listed but the best resource is the wait staff to advise what options exist. Their fresh squeezed juices were great too. Highly recommend!

Cute little trendy diner in Summerlin area! Loved it! The gf selection was spectacular! My friend ordered non gf and I ordered gf and she said mine tasted the same! Just a smaller toast 😂

I ordered a sweet potato and strawberry pancake and a side of bacon, asked if they could cook it on a separate pan but our waitress said they have a protocol and clean the grill and I would be okay. Shortly after finishing, my stomach started to hurt pretty bad. Definitely got glutened, super unfortunate because it was really yummy and I thought I was safe. Not sure if it was the bacon or pancakes but be careful!

Delicious food! No gluten free menu and no gluten free marked items on the normal menu but the waitress asked for an allergies before she even took our order, and told me they have gluten free toast and can make all pancakes (but the vegan one) gluten free. So substitutions are available for almost everything on the menu! Corn tortillas are available for the Mexican dishes as well. Delicious food and very enjoyable for someone who is learning how to navigate gluten free for the first time!

We have been to multiple snooze locations in Denver and San Diego and they have all been safe for us to eat and we haven’t had reactions. This snooze location is definitely not safe. My mother and I both had terrible and painful reactions to the food. We were told it was safe but it definitely wasn’t. The service was good, but don’t go here if you are celiac or highly allergic to gluten. You most likely will get sick.

I am always nervous to order from anywhere mobile for the first time (especially if I haven’t been there before) but the reviews were so good and on door dash it was very easy to tell what was safe/wasn’t, plus you could select your “allergy”. The food was expensive but really good! And the portions were great! We ordered the breakfast tacos, spuds deluxe, OMG french toast, and strawberry shortcake pancakes. It all came with little gluten free labels and I’ve had no reactions hours later!

Actually found this place while on vacation it of town and was SO excited to find one near me AND they are as knowledgeable as the other locations, very confident in safety and selection, have eaten multiple times and no reaction

The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free and flagged the order as gluten free for the chef. She stated most items are either naturally gluten free or can be adapted to gluten free. I had the sweet potato mashup and opted to have the syrup on the side; it didn’t need the extra sweetness in my opinion. It was delicious! I had no gluten reaction.

I can’t speak for the other locations but this LV location was aware, accommodating and delicious. Breakfast/brunch places can be hard to eat at and have very little options. Snooze was the opposite. A ton of tasty, safe options. Would recommend.

Fantastic! Jay our server was so knowledgeable and incredible. She immediately asked if there were any dietary concerns. I got the Benedict which does come on gluten free toast vs and English muffin but the hollandaise and poached egg were perfection so it didn’t matter. The pancakes though - absolutely the best GF pancakes I’ve ever had. Crispy exterior and a melt in your mouth soft interior. A dreamy pancake even for people who have not gluten issues - my kids ate almost the whole pancake!
For the rest of the family, the all loved their food which was plentiful and beautifully plated.
The restaurant does address other dietary concerns. If you have a group of friends with mixed needs (or it’s just you - lol) this is THE PLACE to go! Very popular but the wait moved fast.

Had the best pancakes here and the waitress was knowledgeable and even brought up allergies when she first introduced herself. Most of the menu can be made gluten free too

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
