I’m still thinking about that gluten free pancake flight!! It was SO GOOD!! Love this place! Super friendly staff! The owner was so nice and knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination! I have Celiac, so this is crucial for me! I had a great experience, here! Highly recommend!

Was very happy with my experience here! There are many gf options, but there is no indicator on the menu (or a separate menu) so I had to ask the waitress for a majority of the food options. Got the sweet potato and it was delicious!!

I eat here often and have always enjoyed it. They have gluten free bread and can make pancakes as well. I’ve never had a problem.

Absolutely NOT safe. Same surface used for gluten and gf. Luckily our sever was familiar with cross contamination.

We went for breakfast and it was soooo good! I had the pancake sampler (pineapple, sweet potato, and blueberry) and some scrambled eggs. The manager brought out my food, it had a GF pick, and he assured me it was GF. I didn’t get sick the next day which was awesome! We’ll be going again before our trip is over

When we went to Snooze the waiter was very knowledgeable, I had eggs and gluten free toast, which was very good. I would definitely go there again.

This is our second visit to Snooze, a different location in Phoenix. Again, the food was amazing and my daughter got GF chocolate chip pancakes and she was thrilled. Even the GF hash browns were delicious. And great service at this location too!
It's a cool place to look at, our waiter was not concerned we were there, took 10 mins before we were even asked for drinks. When he finally did come to take our order, I mentioned I have a severe allergy and he just looked like a deer in the headlights. I ordered as best I could knowing what my body puts up with. I was breaking out what hives from something that was on the table before we were even served. Next time, if there is one, I'll be doing carry out.

Good pancakes but generally a LONG wait. Be prepared to PAY the price for the GF request! A bit pricey! No area for separate prep of GF either. If you are sensitive to cross contamination, this would be a No Go. Try Jewel's Cafe instead. Totally GF.
One of my favorite places, I love the GF pancake flight! They are very upfront about the possibility of cross contamination, so no separate prep area.

This was a tasty fun place. Went on a Saturday and was busy with a 20 minute wait. Lots of upbeat music. The servers were friendly and helpful with the Gluten free info. I had an omelet and GF order of upside down pineapple pancakes and hash browns. Was very good. Unfortunately my wife and I both had to hit the bathroom within a half hour after eating there. She has no gluten issues but I do. IDK, maybe related maybe not.
The food is great but it's NOT celiac friendly. As a gluten sensitive individual, I've had cross contamination issues here, I can only imagine how bad it'd be if I had Celiac.

They don't have a separate preparation area or separate pans etc for cooking the gluten free food.the staff told me this and said if you have a strong reaction to gluten to reconsider.it's great that they do gluten free but it's not safe for celiacs because of the risk of cross contamination.

we tried to get in here on a Sunday at noon and it was impossible. they were so packed that they told us it would be a 75min wait til we could get a table.
we went somewhere else because I was really hungry. today being a Tuesday I decided to try again and just take my work lunch there with a friend. the staff seemed busy, but decently attentive. I got the pancake flight with strawberry rhubarb, nuttella banana, and pineapple upside down pancakes and it was so amazing. we also shared a side of bacon and hash browns, which were both really good as well (they seasoned the hash browns perfectly).
at $20 for two people, you can't beat this place! especially for a gf person like me. want to go back soon!

They can make anything on the menu gluten free. Even their amazing pancakes! As someone who loves breakfast, this place quickly became my favorite spot once I was diagnosed.
This was the best gluten free place I have ever been. It has everything you could ever want for breakfast esp as a gluten free person and it taste great. The serving sizes were large, and great deals for the price. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere equally amazing. Hope I get to go again next time we are in town.

Great with GF. Pancakes are wonderful and only one is not possible for GF. Most servers ask at the beginning about allergies and the take extra care in the kitchen.

Fun place for brunch with friends. It has a retro decor and fun coffee mugs. Their pancakes are HUGE! Hash browns come as a formed patty (kinda like a burger?) with crispy outsides and soft center. A fair amount of items are GF. They have corn hole outside while you wait and a front patio with dog friendly seating.

I unfortunately got pretty sick eating here. Yes most of the food is gluten free but according to some of the reviews here it seems like things are prepped on shared surfaces. I think I got a little unlucky with my waitress too as she was pretty dismissive of my celiac questions but most people seem to have a better experience. Ate the crab and asparagus omelette so assumed I was making a decently safe choice anyways but not doubt wound up sick in the end from it somehow. All in all, it seems like they probably do what they can but it’s a busy place with ample opportunity for cross contamination and I don’t think I’ll be returning
